I don’t know what happened. I’ve eaten here numerous times, but today I was very disappointed. The front counter help / cashier waited on me with a toothpick stuck between his teeth. The orange chicken was good, but the toothpick between the teeth at the counter made it an unpleasant experience.

Place looks very dirty . Look at counter and walls and exhaust hood while standing there . They use cooking utensils from water buckets behind counter probably never changed the water . Someone gonna get sick or die one day eating here .

The price went up 1 dollar, and the serving container is now smaller. I guess the price of doing business. Food is great! 3/26/23 1125am not open yet. Going from 4 stars to 3 stars.

This used to be my favorite place to eat. I walked up when no one else was in line, placed my order and watched the cook put some precooked vegetables, pull chicken from a giant stack of old dry chicken then add some watered down terriyaki sauce, and put it on my veggies. Had the whole meal of nasty old food in less than 30 seconds. I’m pretty sure I just paid $8 to get food poisoning.

I’ve tried this place several times because of my love of Japanese food, but they’re sorely disappointing. Their food is rarely warm, and the workers come off as rude. They oftentimes add things to your meal you didn’t ask for and charge you for it. I took a bite of my rice today and felt like I’d just inhaled cigarette smoke. I’m not entirely sure WHY their rice tastes like cigarette smoke today but I’m officially done trying their food.

No flavor. Do not order the veggie deli. It consists of cabbage and 2 pieces of broccoli. They do not have white sauce either. Very disappointing.

Not good. The food needs more flavor. It’s greasy and tastes like salt. $7.99 for shrimp teriyaki and they do give you plenty of it, but when most of it ends up in the garbage it’s not a good deal.

I have been here and always liked the food!! Today I was very disappointed they where rude and very disrespectful. I ordered extra meat and when they started to give me food it didn’t have double meat and I told them I was suppose to have double then they said I didn’t pay for double the cashier asked me 2 times if I wanted double meat and I told him yes. When I did get my food they slung it at me very very disappointed. I will not eat here again!!!!
