This is the second time I come here and get bad attitude from the staff. Online says they close at 9 but the girl claimed they closed at 8. When I asked ‘proof’ or a sign to show the new time she replied to “talk to a manager”. Then I told them my profession and asked proof like what? Why does that matter? When addressing my problem only one guy seemed to get the memo and would nod in agreement. Someone else mentioned they are usually out of drinks which I can attest to myself.

I’m not a Starbucks fan, but my breve latte was on point! The atmosphere was not great. There was a fly in the food case and flies in the back section, which was dirty with a half eaten cake pop. Coffee was good though.

They should be able to brand the name. Drinks are trash, if they even have the one you want. Staff didn’t bother to even make my drink. Everyone behind me got theirs and when they asked and I told them me order, again, they made it wrong. I chose to give up my $6 all together bc I couldn’t stomach anything they were trying to make. They were having a grand ol time back there though.

Went in September 15th for the release date of the glow in the dark tumblers and the barista told me they were put out a few days early and we’re sold out. Also said they weren’t getting any more as they are limited. So what’s the point of the release date if they put them out before that date? Now if I want one I get to pay scalper prices from a 3rd party. Thanks.
