I ordered two pan pizzas and they sent two regular ones. I called and told them about their error. They acted like it was my fault. I asked them to send me what I ordered. They said ok, but I have to send back the pizzas they sent in error. No problem. So, the pan pizzas they redid and sent were awful. Cheese was slopped on them, measly pepperoni, sauce was watery and running everywhere. Very unappealing and not appetizing at all. These pizzas were the worst I ever received from there and probably will be the last I receive from there. I hope they didn’t do something inappropriate to these pizzas because I complained. Even the taste was off.

I paid $12.95 for 6 inferno wings. No sauce came on them when the girl up front told me there would be sauce on them. They gave me plain half wings for $12.95! Was a complete waste of my time and money. Never going back. 22$ for cheese fries and 6 half wings with no sauce. Absolutely ridiculous.

I will never order another pizza from this place EVER….. I guess u get what u pay for!! My pizza was just disgusting SMH!! because this place is up the street from my house and the kids was ready to eat I thought we would try the thick & chewy pizza. When I open the box this is what I see! I know they had to see this why would you serve this to your customers. Will take the drive to Barracos in Oaklawn for now on. This is usually my go to pizza place. Despite all the bad ratings I always ordered. But this time was just bad. I ordered a pizza and some bbq ribs when I got home I opened the pizza to see it was all burnt! Not even my kids wanted to eat that hard, burnt pizza. I also grabbed some ribs, and same thing! How do you sell this to a customer. Very very dissatisfied!

This is my first time ordering from this place. I found out about this place via a menu placed in front of door. As with any new restaurant, I’m a bit skeptical. And it didn’t ease my skepticism with all the bad reviews this restuaranthas has received. Anyway, I saw that their items were reasonably priced. So I bit the bullet and decided to give them a try. Despite many of the bad ratings, I have to say I’m impressed with they’re delivery time. I placed my order, and within 45 minutes it arrived. The food was nice and hot. I ordered a shrimp dinner, and it was pretty good. The fries and shrimp were thoroughly cooked. They supplied me with all the necessary condiments. I was satisfied! Only reason they didn’t give them a 5 star rating is because the lady who took my order over the phone, didn’t seem to possess the best of customer service skills. She didn’t seem too pleasant over the phone, lacking customer service skills. Also, she wasn’t cognizant about the method of payment I was to make in paying for my order. She yelled to one of her co-workers in my ear as to how I can pay for my food because she wasn’t sure. The phone étiquette could have been better! Outside of that, I would order from them again!
