Top notch bagels here. I grew up on long island eating bagels all the time. Soft inside and crispy outside with ample cream cheese. Perfect! Iced coffee was good too. Only 2 small tables to eat in

I LOVE this place! I work nearby and always get the wraps for lunch, on weekends I drive back just for the bagel sandwiches. The staff is super friendly and everything is delicious. pictured is my Buffalo chicken wrap and French fries

So listen I wana start by saying honestly their food is good but recently the customer service has been so bad. This one Hispanic girl who works there is so rude and always has an attitude and also not to mention they never pick up the phone. I called so many times and no one would pick up so I was forced to go order in person. Even then I was there the phone would constantly ring and they don’t answer. The customer service is just what made me give this.

I have been going to Midland Bagel since it was called Gus’s… so yeah, a long time. I’ve always had a great experience there with service and food. Until today. With a family member being sick, i ordered thru Uber Eats. The delivery service was fast and friendly. The food was not. I ordered a bacon, egg, and provolone with avocado… and getting those last 2 add-ons cost extra. Im allergic to the dye in yellow cheese, so paying extra not to be hospitalized is ok by me. I get the order, and if you guessed I got american cheese and no avocado, you are having more luck today than me. So yeah, i was annoyed. I called Midland Bagel to tell them of their mix up and ask that the sandwich i actually ordered be made. The rude girl that everyone despises was the person who answered the phone. I have NEVER had any issue with any of the guys that work there. But today was not my day at all because i get the rude girl. She tells me there is nothing they can do about the sandwich except give me a refund, which i won’t get until tuesday or i can come down and get the sandwich…. wait, what??? I just paid a service to bring me the food, and now i have to come down anyway? Now im fuming. So i get there, and she has this smug little smile on her face, and she hands me a bag. Shes like, “Here’s your sandwich”… ahhhh no. You’re gonna make me a new one right here infront of me so i can atleast enjoy a hot sandwich. This girl is THE WORST. I have avoided even being served by her in person by letting others go ahead of me because of her attitude. And after reading the comments, hahaha yeah the owner was ” out of the country” but would be back Tuesday. Such a shame that he has that nasty individual ruining his business. Last time i will ever go there. They just lost a lifer.

A solid spot for bagels, breakfast sandwiches, or anything else you might want to feed your belly in the morning. The only gripe I have is on the parking. It’s a little limited, and hard to reverse out in a big car, but there may be additional parking around the back.

They changed their online ordering setup. While the bagels are still great and most of my breakfast sandwich was good (couldn’t order it the way I usually do), the option to add notes or select “toasted” is gone among other changes. You can’t request your egg to be scrambled, or your sandwich to be on a toasted roll, or ask for a bagel to be scooped out, etc. You can only order online (not by phone) so these features are important.

A great little bagel shop. The staff was pleasant and extremely efficient. They handle a lot of customers very quickly through the morning rush. Bagels are fresh and quite tasty.
