Second time ordering here both times I had to wait way longer than I was told. I went last night, called in around 7:10 and was told by the girl up front my food would be ready in about 10-15min. I got there around 730 on my lunch break and my food had not even been started. When walking out I expressed to one of my coworkers who had also ordered about my food not even being started and I had been called it in, all while the girl working the register stared me in my face. When my food was ready, the girl had an attitude and raised her voice at me in front of another customer who was also surprised, as if I did something to her. I had to waste time on my break for rude customer service and half service because I ordered general tsos chicken and all I got was flavored bread. Won’t be wasting my money here again.

This was my first time ever eating here. Read the reviews first and seemed really good and it was! The food is freshly cooked hot and very good. The portion is great and fantastic for the price of your meal. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5, as you walk in, the inside seems very old maybe early 2000’s look and seems sort of run down a bit, definitely needs some renovation with design. Otherwise, definitely a bang for your buck!! Definitely recommend!

last time I was there, I couldn’t get ANYONE to wait on me. stood at the counter for 4-5 minutes. no one said, “may I help you…be with you in a minute…kiss my butt” or anything; and I was the ONLY one at the counter. that is NO way to run a business. on top of that, the sanitation grade was low and the front windows and door looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. yuck…

I won’t come back here. The spare ribs were tough and leathery. The Egg Foo Yun was burned and had too much onion. Even the fried noodles with the soup we’re very stale. Don’t go here. Would give zero stars if I could.
