A large iced coffee without flavoring will cost you 4.25 before tax here. I would like a manager to reply justifying this outrageous price difference between other Starbucks locations. The line is also frequently 20-30 minutes so management clearly must find ways to improve their system and hire more people. I await a reply.

I’ve been here about five times, and LITERALLY not once have they got my order right. Its not worth waiting in line again to get it right. The employees seem incredibly stressed out and not friendly like at most starbucks locations. While waiting in line I’ve witnessed the manager berate employees in front of customers. She seems like a miserable human being.
