Came here for breakfast. The food was really good. Had the Irish Eyes and hubby had a ham and cheese omlet. Large portions and well prepared. Got a donut to go, and it was yummy. Would eat here again.

Wow! I haven’t had a gyro in a while, but this one was one of the most authentic and best that I’ve had in a long time. I’ve traveled across the country as well. Love this little shop. The staff was very nice, and great sandwich! Will be back to try more for sure. Can’t wait to try to German Chocolate cake I got to go as well. I live in the next town over. Cheers all!

We stopped in Ouray for lunch at this deli, and generally it was a good experience however, they got both of my husbands and I’s orders wrong. They were quick to correct this, but we noticed that several other customers in the deli, also got their meals wrong as well. It did appear that a male working there was quick to correct these errors and was kind with his service. We did feel that the food was a bit overpriced for what we got, as well. Nothing terrible about the place, but likely won’t be going back!

There “Eggs your way” is a classic skillet dish, but the one at Timberline is amazing. It is consistently the best version of this basic breakfast dish I’ve had anywhere. Their Maple glazed donuts are also a great way to start the day. Great food and friendly service!

Let me start with the great food and location, one of the best places to get breakfast in Ouray! The gentleman taking the orders was arrogant and very rude to the nice lady working behind the counter. We’ve noticed this on more than one occasion.

Stopped for sandwiches to take with us before heading out of town. Grumpy service and messed up 3/3 sandwich orders. Was nice about correcting the one that was egregiously wrong but that’s a pretty low success rate.
