Everyone but the server was friendly and attentive. But the server was curt and in a word, useless. She sucked all the joy out of our meal, got my order wrong and even returned to our table with our payment because she dropped a penny and was short for the bill. Luckily the greeter intervened and we left on a high note.

Had Melissa as our Waitress and it was a wonderful experience. Felt comfortable to ask questions, and made the time with my siblings great after finally stopping being on the road for over almost 4 hours. Drinks were on point, food was a great fill, and the vibe here was just worth stopping for sure. No regrets on that. Definitely recommend to anyone passing by or in the neighborhood.

Our server was absolutely amazing! Went there with my family of my five and got the classic combo as well as some appetizers. Arianna was quick to refill our drinks and grab anything we needed! she is one of the best servers I’ve ever had, will defiantly be requesting her next time we come in.

Sat at the bar 10 minutes before the hostess came over and told us that we should not have sat there and that the bartender would not be helping us. Bar was covered in dirty dishes. Hostess went back to the entrance and chatted with servers that were standing around the area doing nothing. We left and went elsewhere for lunch. Place was empty at lunchtime, probably for good reason.

A coworker recommended this location, so it was our first time there. We usually eat at the restaurant in Pewaukee, but since this location came highly recommended by my coworker we thought we would give it a try. The restaurant is very nice. I like the lay out, the chairs were comfortable, and it was a nice relaxing atmosphere. The waitress was very friendly and did a great job. The problem came with the food. My partner he ordered the Riblet meal and when they came to the table they were cold as if they were taken out of the fridge and put in the plate. The BBQ sauce on them was very light and looked watered down. He told the waitress and she went back and came out with another plate of ones that were heated. The portion size was very small compared to the other location. A couple that was sitting at a table adjacent to ours had the same problem with cold food and they ended up taking it to go because it took so long for their food to come back out. No apologies from management for the cold food. The waitress was very apologetic though.

Stopped in for dinner tonight with my family. I had the honor of having Arriana as a server. She was very helpful and great with the kids.. food was great and my steak was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be coming back for her service and the great food!

So far, I dine in at more than 10 Applebee’s troughs , and they held the high standards of food, service and hygiene. I have no photos to share, but so far, my preferred choice of food was salmon, stakes, ribs and salads. And I truly enjoy dining in Applebee’s.
