I only had issues with this location once last year. Since then, the foods been great. The service during lunch is way better then at night to be honest. One employee here stood out. She made coming to this location more pleasurable and seemed to enjoy her job.

Seems to be slipping the last few times I have went through. Asked if Nacho Fries were fresh and was assured they were. Stated I didn’t mind waiting on fresh if they were not and was assured they were just brought up. Got the fries and they were hard as bricks. Not the first time for this to happen before coming here to review. Noticed I had 6 tacos instead of 3 as ordered. The staff seemed annoyed to review my receipt (which wasn’t offered). After I had them reprint it they said, “yeah see? You ordered 3 soft tacos and a soft taco combo!”

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Everything tasted off. The burritos were barely rolled. My Crunchwrap supreme was super thin and had basically nothing but sour cream and lettuce in it and was falling apart. The quesadilla wasn’t cut, it was super floppy, and the chicken tasted bad.

Just had my worst experience at a Taco Bell that I can remember. The person taking our order was rude and very short on words with an attitude. Definitely felt like we were interrupting something. On top of that, our simple order was incorrect. Would love to talk to the regional manager, or higher. I would hope they give a rat’s a.. about their reputation being jacked up. The tacos were barely wrapped up at best, so when we got home, the filling in the tacos were scattered in the bag. Along with most of them broken. Going right along with the bad attitude I was not surprised when I saw how many packs of sauce was thrown in the sack. See the pic. 37, not counting the 6 we used for our mess meal. Again, I was not the least bit surprised when I started looking on how to write a review and saw that this Taco Bell in Moss Bluff, LA on Sam Houston Jones Pkwy has a whopping 2.9 stars. Will not be back…

THE ABSOLUTE WORST TACO BELL I HAVE BEEN TO. Order is wrong in some way EVERY single time without fail.The level of incompetence at this location is truly astounding. ALWAYS a long wait inside and especially at drive thru even when there are not many customers as well as TERRIBLE customer service. UNSANITARY conditions and employees preparing food do not even wear gloves. Almost always out of several menu items, sauce, packages, etc. Have hoped for a better experience many times over the course of several years but I don’t see that ever happening.
