It’s the Worst McDonald’s. Parking an oversized truck is near impossible in this very small parking lot. Parked next door and walked over, there is NO menu board and only the kiosk to place an order. Dining area was dirty and packed with people at kiosks waiting. Outside dining was available due to the rainy afternoon. Won’t stop here again.

Do not go to this location. Staff is extremely rude and it took over 35 mins for a big Mac meal and kids hamburger happy meal. The worst part is that it wasn’t even busy and they got the order wrong. When we told the employee that the order was incorrect, they rolled their eyes and put on one piece of tomatoes even though we paid EXTRA for two pieces of tomatoes. Will definitely be avoiding this location in the future.

I will never go back here. I work VERY close to here and myself and co workers would stop here at least twice a week. The other day I stopped, they took my order, I paid, and then while I waited I was told “we’re closed.” I tried to say something but the woman, who sees me all the time, just walked away. I was trying to get someone’s attention. Finally, someone came to the window. I asked the manager what’s going on? He said she didn’t know we were open. That’s odd because it’s a 24 hour drive thru. Then as I walked away the manager yelled for me to come back with a better attitude. Then I complained to corporate because the store manager hung up on me when I asked for the owner. I was told the owner would contact me but never did. I guess that’s why the managers act the way they do. I tell everyone I work with and our guests to go to the other McDonald’s. Not this one because of the treatment.

Was not able to go inside to eat cause of lack of help. Ordered in the app before getting there and door was locked. If I wanted to eat in the car I would of went to drive thru. But wanted to enjoy our meal sitting down inside. Also they denied me from using rest room to wash hands. I get that short handed is problem but we ordered on app and just wanted to enjoy meal and stay healthy.

Evangelize was the WORST manager I have ever experienced in my life. We ordered 4 things, a few burgers and some nuggets with fries and drinks. They sent us to the second pickup window, and FORGOT ABOUT US, TWICE!!!! The first time I got out of my car and went to the window after 3 cars behind us got their food, and I was told the orders weren’t ready because they burned the nuggets (how???). So I’m like okay, fine, no problem. This was after 40 minutes by the way. We waited again, they finally brought out the food, and they forgot several things. Instead of medium fries they gave us small, and they forgot the drinks entirely. When we asked for the items this is when they forgot about us again, and we had to wait for another 20 minutes until the legend Hector went to sweep the floor and noticed they forgot about us, and got us our items. Never again will we come here, this is going to corporate.
