So I wouldn’t say we are the “experts” in BBQ but we love us some good BBQ. Stiles has a great atmosphere for sure and it’s very welcoming. Staff was great and helpful especially since this was our first visit. So the food you might ask? It was great, their fries were top notch with just the right amount of seasoning, we both opted for the pulled pork sandwich. The pork cooked to perfection although I was slightly disappointed in the BBQ sauce but that’s just a matter of personal taste as far as we like our sauce a little thicker. But the taste was great! The mac and cheese wasn’t bad either but just not a major wow factor. Overall great place to grab a bite to eat and a plus is it’s kid friendly!

I heard on Sway in the Morning that the best Bar B Que in Austin was Stiles, so I had to see for myself. When I arrived, there was a line. But as I was ordering, I noticed the line was at the door. So I knew I was in the right place. I ordered the 3 meat plate: brisket and double ribs. It comes with 2 sides. I chose corn casserole and Brussel sprots!!

Excellent bbq! The meat is fresh and flavorful, moist. Also, quite a few options on sides. I like that the restaurant focuses on making a few meats extremely well instead of trying to be the Cheesecake Factory of meat.

Wow!!!! Life changing , that 30$ beef rib fell off the bone, came apart like shredded meat, and dissolved in my mouth, I can’t go any where else and ever be happy again. The brisket was incredible, beyond tender and tasteful, and the sides perfect. The oreo pudding cup for desert was the best ending to the best bbq meal I’ve ever had.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Stiles Switch BBQ, and I was absolutely blown away by the food. I started with the smoked turkey, which was incredibly flavorful but a little dry. The brisket was amazing, and the jalapeño sausage was the perfect combination of spicy and smoky. For sides, I tried the mac and cheese and the Brussels sprouts, and both were ok. The mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy, and the Brussels sprouts were crispy and flavorful but also a little too sweet. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Stiles, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great BBQ meal.

Everything I ordered was delicious. I might be a Midwest girl who hasn’t had a ton of “authentic” barbecue, but I really enjoyed all the flavor this food had. The turkey had a nice smokey quality, and I could literally pick the brisket apart with my fingers. Which I did. I got the potato salad and brussel sprouts as my sides, and both were really good. The brussel sprouts were sweet with a touch of chile heat. The potato salad was even better after I added some pickled onions to it.

My second time here, I absolutely love their sides. Brussel sprouts and corn casserole were spot on! The meat was good and flavorful, the beef burnt ends were spectacular. Maybe I’m not a huge fan of pork ribs but I loved the rest.
