I spent a hour in the drive thru line and NEVER RECIVED MY ORDER. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Worse drive thru experience ever. Store closed on me and never fulfilled my online order. Took like he*l to get the refund back. The employee could’ve told people what was going on, there was no communication at all. The employee came to the door and threw his hands up, went back in and shut off the lights.

There is never not an issue here. The first time I came here, I had to wait 35 minutes for an order I had placed on the app over an hour prior.

Almost every time I’ve gone through here, the drive thru says I have to go in. There is no Pepsi. Half the other drinks are mostly water. Almost everything I order on the app is wrong, seemingly on purpose. I’d order a 5 layer with no beans and get a 5 layer with beans and a little cheese. No lettuce always results in a couple lettuce sprinkled in everything (including if it’s a cheese roll up). This used to be a great location and over the last year it is consistently terrible. Choose a different location.

The hours are hard to describe when they are open. Officially they’re open until midnight or later however I guess it’s due to staffing issues but they’ve closed is early as 10 for drive-thru. They also have an issue with consistency. You can order there tacos sometimes there’s lots of and sometimes you need a microscope to find

First, let me say this isn’t about the people or direct service I have received. Staff have always been friendly. This area of Maplewood is a good island. There’s nothing to choose from for people, like me, who can barely leave to grab lunch. It’s this or Canes. That’s said, I’m frustrated because the lobby is continually locked and closed in the middle of the day. Why is this happening? Today, I was in the drive through, there were 7 cars ahead of me. One car was at the speaker for 5 minutes! I parked, tried to go in but the lobby was locked, again. So, I went to Canes. I hope this can be rectified and staff can be supported to be more effective and efficient through training.

Easily the worst Taco Bell in St louis. Just read the reviews. Never had an actual good experience here, but with so few drive thru options in Maplewood I unfortunately will occasionally find myself back here. Bad experiences run the gambit from extremely long wait times, to getting the completely wrong food, being closed in the middle of the day, regular menu items “not available” wrong sauces on the signature food items, soda options “out of order” and even the workers laughing it up and ignoring patrons while they play around. Today’s experience really took the cake however. As soon as I received my bag of food, I could smell Marijuana. Okay, I thought, they must be smoking pot back in the kitchen, no real surprise coming from this place, but the smell didn’t fade out as I drove. In fact it seemed to get stronger. So by the time I get back to work my whole car was reeking of weed and I couldn’t understand how this was even possible. So I go back inside to eat my food and my co workers say the same thing. “Man you getting high on lunch or something?” “Your going to get fired for that,” etc. I don’t think I need to explain that its not a good look to walk back in from lunch and have everyone around you accuse you of getting high on lunch break. Anyway, I swear to everyone that its not me and it has to be the food, so a co worker starts sniffing around and it for sure is coming from the bag. So on the break table in front everyone and my boss (who had come down from his office at this point) we empty out the food and there in the bottom of the bag with the sauce packets is the remaining inch or so of a blunt. You have got to be kidding me!!!! This place is beyond disgusting and I will never be back! I’m already shocked that a place ran so poorly is still open, but this is beyond any bad experience I’ve ever had at a drive thru restaurant. The only hope for this place is to shut it down, fire everyone, and start over with an entirely new crew. I’m beyond disgusted. I can’t even go to lunch without worrying if I’m going to find actual drugs or paraphernalia in my food bag? I nearly lost my job today because of this! For fux sake I always tell people that St louis isn’t really that bad, then this $h!t happens. What if I were to have gotten pulled over? This place is absolutely foul, and absolutely disgusting.

This location used to be good when they first opened. They are now gaining the reputation of the city locations. When it gets too late (after 10pm) they have every excuse in the book to not serve you. Some tactics they use is turning off the lights, don’t answer the speaker box, and say they are out of certain things which is conveniently everything they need to make any menu item.

The guy in the drive-through was taking his time handing over my boyfriends debit card. After a while, we realize he was taking way too long to hand us the card. I could see that his back was turned with his phone out and the card in his other hand. We are pretty sure that he was either jotting down the debit card information or taking a picture of it. After being confronted about it, he copped an attitude and locked the drive-through window while yelling obscenities at us through the glass. This Taco Bell has most definitely turned into a city Taco Bell. It just keeps getting worse and worse.

Half of their drivethru menu is totally missing from the sign. Took my order wrong. Overcharged me… and the person at the drive thru had a chip on their shoulder. Just rude. Thankfully this isn’t my regular location!! Now I’m going to be avoiding 2 TBells that are right near my house.
