Nexy Blackheart
I come here for lunch every so often and for the most part it is pretty good. The interior I can’t say much about as I am usually in and out. They will sometimes miss an ordered drink which you can just ask the staff and they will give you a cup but otherwise have never had anything missed. The food itself is a little inconsistant though, especially with portions, which could be dependant on who is working that day. Sometimes you will get a very large portion, or you may as well have ordered a small because that is what you got. They can especially be a little skimpy with protein adds which is a shame because you are paying a lot to have em added. Overall though i can’t say i have had an negetive experience here.

Absolute worst. Tried over 3 times to place an online in app order. Called the restaurant & was bounced to an operator style ordering service, bounced finally to the actual store & the women who took my order seemed like she had never spoken on a telephone before. Absolute worst ordering experience ever. I would’ve had better luck driving to Mequon to get noodles. It’ll be a miracle if I ever get my food or it’s even remotely correct. Never ordering from here again.

First time back in years since the menu changed. The food was flavorless for the most part and each dish tasted exactly the same. None of us were happy with our food. The place was dingy and chairs had torn cushions. Even the bathrooms were not great. Couldn’t wait to leave and won’t be back.

We used to come here all the time, but our last visit will be our last. The food was barely luke warm. The person who brought us our food was cold and looked like we were a bother to her, and when she left, she was right back on her cell phone. Ordered Caesar Salad with Chicken. Standard Caesar salad is with Romaine lettuce. I was served a spring mix with about 5 small squares if cold chicken. Asked about Romaine they explained that did not do that. Mixed the salad in the bowl with dressing and put in lid only to see bottom was older not car fresh lettuce. Terrible expensive lunch.

Honestly it is the worst meal I ate in a long time. Something was not smelling right in the asian noodles. It was the spicy beef and I asked for extra noodles which they apparently provided but… From another source since 1/4 of the pasta was not colored the same and didn’t had the same savor. My wife and I ordered for broccoli but either one got some. If only the meal was good I would be okay, mistakes happen. But it was really disappointing taste and flavor. This is the first negative review I post ever. Hope it was just a bad day for them because the standard can not be that low.

Good food for a chain, actually way above average. Don’t know if they are all this good because this is the only one I have been to. I gave four stars because I ordered online when they first opened (10:30 am) stating I would pick it up in an hour. When I asked for the order at 11:20 the polite and friendly young lady at the front desk picked up went down a lengthy line of neglected order receipts and said it just came in. To their credit I was out of there with the complete order by 11:30. I also noticed that not one of the food prep or food bagging people wore gloves. Not a big deal for me but it seemed unusual for a food service company these days.
