This place has a lot of problems with their delivery these days. Like a lot of other people, I’ve ordered food online only for it to never show up. No call. Nothing. When I finally call the location after about an hour of waiting, they claim they tried to call me to tell me that they have no drivers. They didn’t. This has happened to me a few times now. I’m guessing their manager is understaffing to save money but they’re just going to end up losing customers. I don’t blame the individual employees but the least they could do is call the right number to let their customers know that they won’t get their order. Their management needs to hire more people and pay them a decent wage. Until then, I wouldn’t bother trying to get any food delivery from the Moscow Jimmy Johns.

Hire more delivery drivers. I’ve been waiting nearly an hour for a single sandwich and when I called them (the lady was super nice and understanding) she told me that they only had one delivery driver. I understand that it is none of the employees fault but what kind of management only has a singular delivery driver in a college town on a saturday night when you’re bound to be busy. Good sandwiches but I have had the same experience here multiple times.

Recently visited JJ’s and have to say they have improved big time! The bread is a little overdone for me but otherwise so good. I suggest if you haven’t been to the store in awhile to give it another chance! The app is great and you can order and have it delivered right to your car.
