I like it here! Lol my first time eating at this location and it was great. I had the Shri salad and it was enough to last for lunch and dinner with some still left over. I was amazed on how good the daiquiri was. I ordered the Suicide. Totally amazing! No headache, no after taste etc they really did good.

Yesterday was my first time eating at this place & I was excited to try them after reading the reviews… I ordered the #26 with the fried rice and the #8 with fries for my sons. I was upset to taste what I did when I made it home. The fish isn’t real fish and is overly huge. The shrimp wasn’t fully cooked and had way too much breaded fat on the inside; the fries weren’t seasoned and the fried rice was a bit stiff. I ended up putting the food in the oven to finish cooking and it still wasn’t good so yesterday was my first and last time eating there! The daiquiri wasn’t even strong like they said it was & if anyone wants good quality Daiquiri’s in Dallas then go to Daq & Mag off Camp Wisdom!!!

First time visiting this place and I am very disappointed that I spent my money here! I thought they were going to be good especially since they had good reviews and on top of that had me wait in front of the restaurant for about 10 mins so I assumed that they were going to be fresh and delicious since it was a long wait but I was wrong! I ordered the 6 piece wings and they sucked! In my opinion the wings were very similar to the frozen Tyson wings that you find in the frozen section of the grocery store just a bit more fried and more sauce and seasoning added. The wings didn’t come with any fries or a drink so be prepared to spend about $10 bucks for just wings. After eating just a couple of these wings it made me really sick. Lesson learned! Better off making your own food!

I ordered the grilled tilapia salad, and it was huge. One box contained the two giant pieces of tilapia seasoned great. The salad was in the second container which was also very large. Great portion sizes for the price. I will go back to try other items on the menu.

Best 16oz Margaritas in town for the low price of $3.99. The crab leg special is the best and delicious! The service personnel is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Dan’s on Polk St. I order the whole catfish and a pound of the shrimp boil. My fiance and I got our order to go and once we got home we ate and everything was hot, fresh and delicious. We were both surprised at the size of the shrimp and that sauce that it was soaked in was “oh so good.” We plan on going back very soon.

We ate at Dan’s last Night for our first time. It would be a great product but it is WAY TOO SALTY. If they cut back on the salt it would be everything you want in Catfish. Hot. Crispy great portion. But there is just TO MUCH SALT I have High Blood Pressure and must restrict my salt intake. Hopefully you will use less salt in the future. If not for the EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS OF SALT the Catfish was good. The fries were good we asked for them with no salt.

I’m not a big fan of this place the tenders are huge with pinko crust which makes the tenders hard and dry and dark the jalapeno poppers are fried hard and dry I feel everything shouldn’t be fried in pinko crust the food lacks flavor and the links in the seafood boil taste like rubber and the links are cheap.

Wow. Dan’s has THE BEST seafood and chicken I have ever tasted. I’ve been eating Dan’s since I was in high school and I’m so happy a new location in Dallas opened and this location is just as delicious. I always stop by Dan’s when I’m in town. I ordered crab legs, 2 catfish, 6 oysters, 6 shrimp, and corn nuggets, and their crispy fries were overflowing. Huge portions can serve 2 people and they have great prices. My favorite thing is their seasoning- it’s their secret recipe that is to die for. Crab leg sauce is also delicious! All their food is made hot, crispy, jumbo, and fresh to order. I will keep coming back for more. Customer service is great, food comes out quick, and the owners Ann and Minh are so friendly!! I highly recommend Dan’s for the best seafood, chicken, and fried rice in DFW.
