Husband ordered a personal pan supreme pizza. When the waitress served it we questioned if it was a Supreme. There were several pepperoni slices on it and about 6 little dried chunks that we were sure wasn’t meat. She said the toppings probably fell off during cooking. Odd explanation as personal pan pizzas are cooked and served in the same pan. No offer of a real supreme pizza or any compensation.

Just ordered a pepperoni pizza from there and has so little cheese that the tomato paste is showing through. Taste like pepperoni and tomato sauce. They’ve went down hill so bad that they need to sell out. Don’t recommend

We drive up from Glendo and use the takeout option. Had a bit of a wait due to a busy dining room and limited staff. No biggie pizzas we’re good.

After a terrible experience at another restaurant. We chose to go to Pizza Hut. The service was awesome! Our waitress quickly took our order and kept checking in. My son accidently dropped a fork and our waitress came around the corner right away with a new set of silverware without being asked. The staff was also having a meeting at the same time. The manager was very professional and focused on building a strong team. It was nice to hear. We really appreciated the great food and great service!

The staff was very friendly and understanding about the experience but it looked like someone beat this pizza with a baseball bat for a half hour and threw it in the box. Also it had multiple hairs in it. I will never order from here again.

Well after ordering from dominoes for the last 8 months due to unsatisfactory orders from this pizza hut. I decided to give you another try. And you failed miserably. Ordered extra cheese and extra pepperoni which I did not receive but you can be sure I paid for it. Also a salad which barley had anything in it. Terrible food will not order from this rip off place ever again. Back to Dominoes. Shame too because for a small town like Douglas and there only being 2 choices for pizza doubt you can afford to loose a customer who by the way orders Pizza every Friday night. Don’t order anything from here. It’s a rip off…..
