Do not visit this location. Terrible customer service They are very slow with getting your food out and the managers are very rude and if they get something wrong you are to blame and they aren’t to blame. If they mess up they will not offer you anything for compensation for their failure of service. The biscuits were priced 3.39 and they cost just about 4 dollars. They told us the menu prices were wrong and refused to give the biscuits for the price displayed on the screen. The Fairview road location and the location in mauldin are way better. I am very surprised that all three are owned by the same people but this location is feeling horribly because of their racist management particularly with African-Americans. They do not have good customer service and it’s terrible they will talk about you out loud in front of you if you ask for things at the window as well and also they did not have an updated price list displayed. The caucasian, male manager is very hostile and the African American, woman manager has a very bad attitude.

I ordered a pick up order this morning. I ordered before breakfast ended and the app told me my order was being prepared. When me friend got there to pick up our order, it was not finished or even started. Lauren than told her they could not give her my food because breakfast had ended. I ordered and paid on the app before breakfast ended. Lauren than asked if we wanted something else and I got a refund instead. I had only been to this location one other time and the “express line” took 30 minutes. I would definitely say you are better off going to Woodruff Road or Fariview. The service at this location is horrible.

Jay’s on the Trail

We had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at this quaint Chick-fil-A during our trip down south while visiting from Alaska. Amy, who waited on us today, went above and beyond to make this a fantastic dining experience (we don’t have Chick-fil-A up North). The food was exceptional, the store was clean and everyone was so friendly! Thank you so much for making this a memorable experience, Amy!

I was kinda let down in this visit. Everything tastes like the oil was old. The fries weren’t hot or fresh. I was not happy. This was my 1st time visiting this particular CFA. I don’t know if I’ll stop at this one again. Also, the drive- thru is a little hard to get a large vehicle through. There are 2 others in my area that are ALWAYS good, hot and fresh!

First time to this location. The lights over the drive thru say they are closed. None of the employees knew what I was talking about when I notified them. They were very rude and snobby. There were 3 people in the drive thru at 11a.m. took 10 min to get my order. This location doesn’t have the same standards of customer service as all the other locations I have visited. No have a good day, it’s my pleasure nothing. It was like going to a McDonalds.
