The food and atmosphere was typical of any Taco Bell. What we find fault with was the service. The four of us waited and no one came to take our order. A man came in after us, and they came right up to the register and took his order! They ignored us, but they didn’t ignore him. It seemed like they want you to go to the self-serve order kiosk and not have to interact with their customers. When I was given my drink cup, it was put upside down and the opening was touching the dirty counter.

Typical Taco bell decor but clean. Food was hot, and the service was great by cashier, but the girl who put my food on the counter basically tossed the bag on the counter, no eye contact, or even a thank you. I understand you are busy, but you don’t have to be rude. It was 1:30 in the afternoon..DT had 2 cars and I was the only counter guest.

I intended to submit this yesterday. While in the drive-thru, I requested two tacos. Unfortunately, they turned out to be extremely unpleasant. The potato inside was stale, hardened, and clung to the taco. I have a picture but I guess you can’t add those to the review. The staleness was so pronounced that the potatoes were visible through the tortilla. When I opened it, I noticed a bit of blackness, as if it had been folded and left out for an extended period. I couldn’t bring myself to eat it, who would. So it ended up being a waste of money. I kindly request that you consider the quality of people’s orders. If you wouldn’t eat it yourself, please refrain from serving it to us. Do better, money doesn’t grow on a tree for everyone. Thanks.

If I could rate less I would. Ordered a deluxe box and when I started grabbing food out of the bag I realized almost all of it was not in the wrappers and floating around the bag. Couldn’t even make sure to get me my straw for my baha blast. Taco bobs seems like the move for now on.

Ordered drive thru and not only was the woman at thru window very rude, the food was cold, sloppy and drowned in sour cream. When your doritos loco tacos are literally mush and fallen apart or was loaded with so much sour cream that I didnt even try to eat them. It would’ve required a spoon and allot of trust in some very rude workers. The cinnamon twists are undercooked and super crunchy too. More like an uncooked noodle than a snack. I’m very disappointed taco bell.. or should I say Taco Hell? Two thumbs DOWN!

This taco bell is trash. Half the workers don’t care and makes it harder it for the other half. I eat taco bell a lot and this is the worst one in the area. Always missing food items, straws and forks. The trash employees here don’t deserve minimum wage.
