Food is always hot and good, but the service struggles. Often you have to repeat your order several times and it’s not exactly right. Checking your bag doesn’t always work because you’ll have a regular roast beef instead of beef and cheddar for example.

The French fries were greasy, and the beef and cheddar sandwich wasn’t warm. Buffalo chicken sandwich was sloppy. For the cost should’ve been better. Service was good.

My daughter and I just left DEFY the trampoline park out off Shelbyville Rd,and we were starving ,so we shot straight across the street bagged us some grub and dined in,atmosphere was awesome ,music wasn’t to loud and not to low were you couldn’t here it,the fine ,and I mean fine lil momma that was behind the counter was beautiful and super friendly ,she took out order ,and in less than 4 minutes we were stuffing our faces ,mmmmmm love me some Arby’s…..A++++++

I had missed dinner with something coming up unexpectedly. It was late, I was driving by and happened to think, ” I have their coupons in my dash.” I actually don’t eat out a lot. I decided it was too late to cook and I was tired. I ordered a sandwich and a small crinkle fries, both with coupons. I knew they were closing soon and questioned myself what I was doing ordering close to closing even with coupons. It’s not usually the best time to order when staff need to clean up and go home. My sandwich was freshly made and hot. The employee told me they had to make fries and was closing and they had given me a larger order of fries and to have a good night and please come back. My food could not have been any better. It was great! When the same thing happened again, because it was so good, I ordered at closing again. It was great too! There was a different employee at the window but they were just as friendly. I am impressed !

Food was typical choices like all Cracker Barrel restaurants. If I could just give a star rating for waitress, definitely a 5 star. Our waitress was phenomenal and she was working and going as fast as she could go! The gift shop had one of the best selections compared to other ones within an hours drive away. Will definitely go back just to shop!
