The people here are far above average for a KFC. Very nice. The food is what you get at a KFC of course, but always hot and ready. The restaurant is always clean. Overall, for a KFC, its a good spot!

I am sorry to say but this was the worst KFC I have ever been to! The person behind the counter did not seem qualified for his job. There was around 20 cars in the drive through and 10 customers at the counter meanwhile the cooks were laughing and goofing off, it would be different if they were doing their job and talking but they were not! Mo one informed us it would take 20minutes to get 4 terribly made chicken wraps and mashed potatoes with gravy! One of the chicken wraps the chicken crumbled as if cooked multiple times and another was tough! I definitely do mot recommend!

An i was so happy to finally have a kfc in Boiling Springs, Will not be going back! Who wants to eat hard food? You guys have the most latest employees I have ever seen! Your business wasn’t busy at all this goes for the windows well, one of your employee was sitting at the table not working an could have cleaned this up! Instead she just yells for someone to get the wet floor sign while she hangs with her kids Someone could fell an got hurt! Same girl didn’t even clock herself out she screamed an had someone else do it 5431 is her number to her cash register, as she told the whole room! ♀️

Ordered vegetable plate ,asked if it came with a biscuit….. answer was yes…..got home…..no biscuit..how hard is it to put a biscuit in the bag with the cups of vegetables…
