Disappointed once again. I order a large 2 topping pizza well done. I received a burnt pizza. It was so hard to chew. We threw it out. It is so sad this was a second attempt to make the pizza according to papa John standards. My district manager would be all over me. Edge lock, cheese lock, lack of toppings. Cooked Well Done is light brown not black. Lol!

Honestly if I could give a zero I would. Customer service starts with the general manager and trickles to team. I came into establishment at 12pm to get the large 1 topping pizza for 8.99 that I had got the night before from a very friendly manager at 10pm. When I went today the gm said that I needed to go online or order on phone. I came in 6 months pregnant and as a previous gm for this company this is honestly ridiculous. He could have done the same the night manager did the day before. How do you tell a customer his manager was wrong for honoring a special. No you have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I will never order from this location again!!!

12″ Medium pizzas are NOT 12″, they are 11″. The manager was nice and made another one at no charge. It again was only 11″. A 12″ pizza (like it should be) is 19% larger than an 11″ pizza!

I will NEVER use this papa John’s again. I placed an online order at 630pm with an estimated delivery time of 27-30 mins. I waited until 740pm before I called and was told the driver had left my order and I would have to wait another 45 mins to get my order with a sorry 25% discount. If I could have given no stars I would have. If the driver left my order it seems like they would have had another driver to make the delivery I’m just 3 mins down the road. Hell the manager could have brought it for great customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Employees are not managed: Hi! I am not typically one to send a bad review, but from the customer service industry myself, you should know that I feel concerned about how the store is managed at: 3805 Concord Pkwy S Suite 112, Concord, NC 28027. Our order was incorrect and even one of the errors was my fault…while speaking with the sweet girl who answered my phone call, I could hear ALL the other employees in the background talking about other customers, they were so loud. I tried to look past it, but suddenly realized I did not feel comfortable having a part of my order remade and re-sent. I truly felt like this team would have stepped on, and or, spit in my food (just by the background chatter I could hear- it was TERRIBLE. I’ve never experienced something like this before.). I, uncharacteristically, immediately asked for the manager, she picked up and told me that the employees were just slow and bored. Um, no. The manager there needs to learn how to actually MANAGE, and I will NEVER order from this store again. I have been ordering from here since 2013. NEVER AGAIN.
