I ordered an Iced Pumpkin Latte with coconut milk and I received it made with whole milk. I got out my car and went inside to explain why I wanted a refund. Some angry lady I guess was the manager told me that lattes are made with milk. Ma’am I know what I ordered. Instead of going back and forth with customers you need to listen. I know how to order a drink but your employees don’t know that everyone can’t drink cows milk. My bad for being in a pumpkin spirit. Starbucks would never !!!

I had to take her to the hospital bc she cannot drink regular coffee, I called told them about this and they apologized for getting it wrong. I gave this place a 1 star years ago bc it was awful. The past 2 or 3 years it has been by far the best dunkin in the area. They’re fast, clean, extremely pleasant and courteous, and they ALWAYS get my drink right. I get a charlie with cream and liquid sugar and this is the ONLY dunkin that ever gets it right.

The Dunkin’ donuts is really weird. I was waiting in line to get my drink today, I got my drink but they forgot my donut. I literally didn’t have time to wait for them to open the window after I’d waited there for a solid minute or two. It’s okay it’s Dunkin’ donuts, I like to avoid this location though.
