I ordered the 5 cheeseburgers and tub of fries deal with tarter and paid for 2 extra tarter in the drive thru. I received 4 cheeseburgers in my bag. I quickly parked and went in. They gave me a cheeseburger and the tub of fries that I ordered. I asked them if the tarter and 2 extras were in the bag. They said yes. I got home and it was all fry sauce. I drove back and took my bag in and showed them the receipt. They gave me the tarter that I paid for but asked for the fry sauce back!!! I work in retail and I know they shouldn’t have done that. It left the building and should never be given to another customer. They also should have given my money back or given me a gift card or something. I wasn’t really upset until they asked for the fry sauce back. That was very inappropriate. Horrible customer service. Please check your bags trice before leaving the parking lot. I wasted time and gas to make things right. I will be contacting the Health Department on Monday. You never ask for sauce back in which I know will be given to the next customer. Very rude!!!!

Food is fresh close to 99% of the time. Very fast and friendly service. Great bundle deals for big families at an affordable price! Tartar sauce at this location is the best it’s very close to the same recipe as the Francis location. Each location has a little different tartar.

I just order 3 combo to go. They gave me 2 little containers of tarter sauce, when I ask for one more. She said I’m going to have to charge you. Even though I ordered a tub of tots and it’s free when you eat inside. I just thought she was rude. Get some bigger to go containers then or here’s a novel idea don’t charge people. Your expensive enough as is.

Don’t go here or if you do don’t get fish and chips. The fish is dry and hard and small almost like they reheated it in the microwave off of some thing they had cooked a while ago, was not fresh at all.i guess I’m just disappointing because I used to come here quite often growing up and the fish and chips were much better and bigger fillets and also if you order extra sauces,make sure that they give them to you because they do charge you extra for extra sauce I am very disappointing at this visit and I won’t be back!!!

This is what you get for a $7.99 3 pc chicken meal. Went inside to ask about it even after getting it large sized, who knows the price increase, probably another few bucks. The lady says well yea you just get a small fry. Didn’t even care that I was not happy. Won’t be going back. Absolutely ridiculous. Forgot the tarter and fry sauce as well even after asking for extra.

This is one of the more expensive zips in town the only one that beats it is Airway Heights… they are by far the most outrageous priced fast fat food. Not worth the money the food is okay but you can get better for the same price if you’re going to spend it anyway. Food is always slept together and I’ve never received an order from this or the other one correct. The one on market is by far the best.
