Sometimes the service is great, other time’s it’s horrible. I ask for 2 legs instead of getting the thigh in the leg and thigh meal. And the legs are ALWAYS small. Going to try a different location next time I get KFC. If I’m not happy there’s always POPEYES or Chick-fil-A.

I frequent this store ALOT on my lunch breaks (atleast 3-4 times a week) and have been a persistent customer for approximately 2 years now. These last couple of weeks there has been 2 young ladies that have done nothing but gave excellent customer service as I have dined other customers as well. I want to say their names are Mary and Aj if not sorry. They are always so nice and pleasant and I have seen definitely much better service than what I have gotten in the past. My order is always correct hot and fresh. I’m not sure what you have done tese j0last couple of weeks but I can tell you the experience is much better.

Went thru door dash to have dinner delivered. Our order was wrong. KFC acknowledged they made an error on our order. I was told I had to call door dash and so I did. After 43 minutes on the phone with door dash, I was told KFC was responsible. I called KFC and let them know what door dash told me. KFC told me they can’t do anything and to call KFC head office. I called the head office and was on phone for 17 minutes and still no help. No one wants to take responsibility. If you’re still reading this, just know if you used a credit card you can dispute issues such as this one. Credit card companies are much easier to deal with and certainly my situation is being disputed.

I would give you zero Stars but the people who are working there were very nice. I had high hopes for the chicken sandwich from KFC since all they do is chicken I expected to be one of the best. The chicken sandwich may have been great but it was dried out and not juicy at all it’s a common problem I seem to run into so I only half of it and threw the rest of it away because it was so dried out KFC you lost the chicken wars on this one, Chick-fil-A will produce a perfect sandwich every single time that I’ve ever been. I didn’t know chicken jerky was a thing though.

Excellent service and quality. Drive-thru line was long so it took a few min, but once i got to the window food was ready in just a couple moments, made correct, and delicious. Staff was friendly and apologetic for wait. $5 fill up meals, fairly priced quick lunch.
