Rest room out of order. A/C not working and well over 100 deg in store. Self serve drinks didn’t work. They tried to serve drinks from behind counter, Pepsi was brown water and couldn’t get diet Pepsi to work. My drum stick was dry and over cooked. One bite of the breast was enough. The flesh obviously had rotted before being cooked. All in all the worst possible experience. I hope I don’t get sick.

Took my family there for lunch. Staff was sitting around and rude. As I observed the staff I noticed they didn’t wash there hands after using the restroom. They handled the food with out gloves. They was eating food and serving people while they had food in their mouths. Employees was not wearing work uniforms or name tags. I will never go back to this nasty place.

Absolutely the worst Restaurant I’ve ever been too. They refused to make my DoorDash order and just keep telling to cancel it. Then talked about all the weed they are smoking outside. Constantly going on break with no in the back. Three guys came before me and ordered an hour ago still haven’t got their food. I would strongly recommend firing the whole night shift. I only gave 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option

Pulled up to drive thru, was told to hang on. Could here a lady complaining to other employees & then says I’m the f’n manager and what I say what goes on. Then asks us to wait a few more minutes while she’s arguing. Finally after about 8-10 more minutes she says with attitude Can I take your order? My husband says yes we would like an 8pc meal & starts to say with original recipe & she says wait a minute is that original, crispy or what? So we finished the order pulled around to window & she is still arguing saying but I am the manager. No professionalism at all. Gravy was like water, no flavor. Will not go back!
