The food and service were great. Absolutely no complaints on that front but I give 4 stars because of the cost. It’s really expensive. My partner got a 4 piece chicken. I got a 3 piece tender meal and we split one chicken sandwich- that cost about $30. Maybe I’m old-fashioned or even too frugal, but that just seems too high to me. This location was great on everything they could control

Ordered in lobby. Waited 15 minutes while employees walked past me @ counter WITHOUT taking my order. Just fixing to walk out when they asked me what I wanted. Got home & chicken sandwich was dried out & hard to eat. Spent $15 & got poor service & food!!!!!! Won’t be back. Have always loved kfc

quit leaving bad reviews my mom works here it’s all the dumb employees my mom is the main boss my mimi is on pack line my aunt and uncle batter up the chicken and one other person but my whole family have kfc experience please cut them some slack my cousin also works there and even with them they still have to deal with the assistant manager hires people without anyone’s permission that don’t even know what there doing half of them argue and some just do there job and get annoyed and get yelled at
