Great food and great service. Very friendly staff and the place is always very clean. The prices have gone up, but that can be said about everywhere these days. If you find yourself on main street in Spearfish and are looking for a good buffet I highly recommend the Jade Palace. The buffet is constantly stocked, and if something is missing they will replace it quickly.

It was good. Was it the best I have ever had? No. Chicken and broccoli had a hot spice to it which was odd for that meal. Way to much sauce for sesame chicken on plate and it had a hard crisp to the meat. We still ate everything, but always room for improvement.

Old grungy run down. Called ahead and they said they start their evening service at 4:30. We arrived and sat until 5:10 for them to get the food on the Buffett. Food was mediocre. Kicker was the bill. Charged $15.95 per person which I would understand for adults but that was the price also for the two 9 year olds and the 11 year old. They got one star from us which is one too many.

We’ve tried going in here on a few different occasions the buffet is almost always empty or the food is so hard from sitting out for so long.The tables are always dirty and there’s never anyone around. Employees are always in the back until we’re ready to pay. Almost $40 for 3 people to eat stale rice and a piece of chicken in a place that still looks like it did a decade ago. This used to be my favorite place to go it’s a real bummer they don’t care about it anymore. Rip off!

I love love LOVE this place! Their shrimp mai fun is my favorite dish. Nothing we have tried has been less than stellar. Its good for a sit down meal, take out, or delivery. The whole family loves eating here. We’ve been to a lot of places since we came to South Dakota and this one beat them all out. Its our go to when we don’t want to cook. I’m sad to say they know us pretty well, lol

The buffet is almost empty or the food is so hard from sitting out. And too much for price for food $15.95 for food and $3.25 for drink plus tax. They charge they same for kids TOO MUCH. NOT GOOD. For the price almost for a RED LOBSTER. $80some bucks for 4 people 2 adult 2 kids TOO MUCH never coming back to this place.

Ordered 30 minutes prior, was told it’d be ready in 20. Arrived, 30 minutes and took another 30 minutes. Frustrating. inside looks like it needs cleaned and it’s pretty shabby. Good food though.
