There are very few options in town, so this is very packed, with that said, it feels as if inside restaurant orders wait behind to-go orders because it took a super long time to get our food. Once served, a waitress checks in a good two times, but she’s very busy, so it’s a peak in sort of service.

We ate our dinner at the fancier bar and grill right next to our hotel due to convenience, then we ate here the next day for lunch. I wish we would have come here for both meals! It was delicious, cheap, and staff was extremely nice and helpful! When our toddler was getting feisty when we first sat down they just brought a small tray of rice and beans for her.

The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. You can get a hamburger for $5. Everything tasted great and a family of 4 was full and happy for $30. Cash only, so plan ahead.

We left because they did not allow our 4 month old puppy in the restaurant. This dog is training to be a service dog for my autistic daughter. Only cash, no credit cards.

My favorite Mexican place in Fort Davis. We try to visit once a week at the least. Very casual and the perfect Mexican comfort food. Yum

The food is mediocre at best and the customer service is bad. Most of the dishes are a lot of sauces, cheese and tortillas. Not much meat involved. Be prepared to stand in line to give the cashier your order while she is answering the phone, delivering food to tables, cleaning tables, refilling drinks. 1 person doing this while telling customers in line I’ll be right with you. I understand being understaffed, but It’s more that the business doesn’t want to hire. I’d give it a zero stars if I could. Be prepared it’s cash only and that’s a real negative for me.

The biggest secret in West Texas, genuine Mexican food made with love, get there early at lunch to get a table, everything is delish! Be sure to bring cash or check, they do not accept cards.
