Let me tell you. I ordered a personal pizza and one of the new pizza pocket things. It was a 14$ order. I guess my order comes with a red sauce but I asked to swap it out at the window for a garlic sauce with this little boy. He proceeded to tell me no because of inventory. I asked him why and he said the manager is cracking down on it. I explained that I’m sure returned business would make more sense but he said no. I told him that I would pay for it but now I am not giving him the 3$ tip i offrred in cash. That’s when he decided to say he’s uncomfortable giving me the order and he will refund it. I then said he was ignorant and pulled away. Wrong? Possibly. I then get a call from some little girl saying that a refund won’t be possible because he gave me the food and it was fine. Never happened. I recorded the whole thing. These people don’t know what customer service is and that’s sad they will still have a job because of the name. When are we going to fight rude and bad customer service over eating. Sad! Liars!

This location right outside Hill had a drive-through but you couldn’t actually make an order just pick up which was kind of strange. So I had to go into the store, make my order then wait outside for a while and go through the drive through again to pick it up. Good thing it was just to order a small pizza for my daughter as we usually don’t get our pizzas here.

Good luck getting your food. Also be prepared to be hung up on and refused to be provided the district managers name when requested or the other managers name. Also be ready to have your money held hostage when they don’t complete your order.

I ordered extra Buffalo sauce and got no sauce at all on my pizza, It was the worse pizza I have ever had from any pizza place. I am a big Pizza Hut fan and have always gone to them before anyone else and now I will not go back to this Pizza Hut ever again to get pizza as I spent over $55 on food and they missed it up to the point that I threw the pizza away. If you want pizza and this is the only Pizza Hut in your area I would highly recommend going someplace else to get pizza as anyplace else would be better.

Ordered 4 pizzas Super Bowl Sunday. Showed up at drive thru at requested time. They were not ready After paying exited window and waited in front as instructed. Young man came out and asked nome on order. I told him and figured he would bring them out. My bad! After waiting ten minutes walked inside. Older gentleman behind counter was busy working and did not acknowledge me although I was the only customer there . i piped up and complained I’d been waiting 10 minutes. The younger man heard me and immediately removed them from warmer.and handed them to me. I spend $20 at McDonald’s and if it’s not ready they bring it out. Spend 4 x’s that at Pizza Hut they don’t!
