Pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious. Delivery time will say 45 minutes and it’s usually delivered within 30 – 35 minutes. Delivery drivers are always friendly and courteous. I have never had a bad experience ordering from them. I have only ordered through the app for delivery so I was unable to rate the atmosphere.

Place is going downhill. It has had its ups and downs but the downs are getting worse. Cinnapan was not cooked and didn’t have much to any cinnamon. Usually it’s nice and dark colored, but this was white and doughy. Majorly undercooked. The pizza has a terrible taste to it like the cheese or bread is old. My whole order is disgusting and beyond disappointing.

Ordered a 19.99 Lg deluxe pizza with ham instead of mushrooms. All we got was lots of pizza sauce, green olives, and banana peppers. No sausage, pepperoni, ham, onions, or peppers. Whoever made this pizza, took our ingredients, and made a really good pizza for themself. Called and they said they made it according to the order. Tough luck. Had not so good pizzas from them before, but this one was over the top.

The pizza was very good! Customer service was just OK. Placed order for carry out. Whan I arrived the first person had no order for pizza in system. Other customer service person knew I placed order and said it should be in the system. Waited and additional 20 minutes for our order to be completed. Didnt seem to be a big deal to ownership and staff but very frustrating from my side. Good pizza, poor service.

Very clean, friendly atmosphere, located right across from Ada’s very own ONU with very delicious pan pizzas, chicken wings, and even to desert pizzas and cinnamon pops it’s all delicious. As a former employee to here I enjoyed working here and the owners are very very nice people, Ian and Christen do so much for that store and the bluffton location. If they’re ever late on your pizza bare with them and explain your unsatisfactory experience, they will make it right with you.
