got my order pretty much completely wrong and service takes way too long. i can tell they are understaffed so i won’t criticize or go up and complain for that but the service just seems lazy and don’t even put napkins and silverware for my bowl and my sauce packets i put in my order online weren’t in there. and they completely missed a taco i ordered and PAID for. this has gotta be my least favorite taco bell. i was having a bad day but i think the food and service made it worse.

They were really short staffed and the online orders were taking so much of their time that the drive thru was taking like at least 15-20 min. People were angry. I felt bad for the guys making the food because the manager didn’t seem to be doing much of anything, I dunno maybe she was busy but personally if I were manager I’d be busting food out too. Food was fine tho and the gentleman that brought my food to me upgraded my freeze drink for free so that was nice

Tried the new dipping taco. Good flavor, but it’s very messy, so I wasn’t inclined to pick it up for dipping. I ended up having to use a spoon to eat it because forks aren’t supplied on the condiment table, and, well getting someone’s attention behind the counter is hardly worth the trouble.

I cannot believe they even have a 3.2 star rating. This is the worst taco bell I’ve been to. If you are in drive-thru, it takes forever to get your order. We went in to eat and the restroom did not have Any soap and then a week later we went back since its the closest taco bell and they Still didn’t have any soap in the restroom. That’s so nasty that the workers use the restroom and go back to making your food without washing there hands with soap. Went through drive-thru another time and they said the only thing they had for breakfast was a burrito, seriously. I’ll be driving further to a different taco bell if I’m craving it from now on.

2nd time this week they completely obliterated my damn food!! The other day items were missing and what we did have was messy, cold, and looked disgusting. Today my quesadila wasnt even cut and was so messy it got everywhere, my cheese for nachos and the nachos were only half full, and my burrito was made with things i asked not to put on. This taco bell is getting lazy!!

Was in drive thru at 840 waited 20 mins to order in drive thru. Get up to order the guy Tommy was rude and telling they are not taking orders. I asked why they not tell people before being trapped in line. The truck ahead of me and myself where told no but the cars behind me was able to place a order. Very rude and very frustrating. If your short staff say it will be a min then cool or go out a put cone in the drive thru so we are waisting time. Will not ever go back. It may have been rebuilt but needs to re-staffed Tommy said he was the supervisor no wonder the are short staffed if they treat there customers this way.
