It’s a chain restaurant and I ate at several locations. The food is usually consistently good as well as service. They were a bit slow the day I stopped, but they were also busy, so I can’t hold it against them. Definitely a great place to get a hot dog.

This place is awesome! Discovered them a year ago on vacation, and had to go back again this year while we were in Gulf Shores! I’ve had a few of their hotdogs and none of them disappointed. The backyard dog, wacky macky and Frito pie dog are all 10/10. Unique place. Very friendly staff and owner, which is always a major plus. We went for lunch on a Friday and there were a few people inside but we were immediately greeted and served! I love this place so much, and will be back every single year as long as they’re open.

Not your average hot dog! They have tons of different toppings to choose from to customize your hot dog. You can create your own or choose from their list of specialty dogs. My favorite was the Backyard Dog with baked beans on it. Service was extremely friendly and the price was inexpensive. Plenty of free parking since it is in a strip mall. A great value that I highly recommend!

I have been eating at Whacked Out Weiners since it opened and have never had a bad experience. The dogs are always cooked to perfection, the bun always soft and moist, and the ingredients fresh. Simple yet remarkable. Best dog in Gulf Shores for sure
