I will only order if I have a coupon. It’s always ready and hot and tasty. Some staff is lacking in customer service and I don’t like the call center, I’d actually like to talk to the Pizza Hut I’m calling but I don’t think that’s going to change. The food 5 stars the call process 2 stars

Horrible. Almost inedible pizza. I guess they really take the “thin crust” thing to heart because WOW it was thin. The cheese was burnt on top of the thin crust and pan pizza we ordered. Not to mention that the pan pizza we ordered was supposed to have pepperoni and barely any was on there. We got wings too, they were meh. Nothing special

I don’t know what happened to the Pizza Hut in White oak, but since they stopped serving people in the dining room they have become a five-star restaurant in my eyes. Every time I order, my order is spot on. I ordered pizza the other day and it actually look like a picture. The employees there also are top notch. I got there a little early and they actually brought my pizza to my car. Great work! Please keep it up!

Order wasn’t ready when I arrived. One pizza had to be remade. Had to wait an extra15 minutes. My order of cheesy garlic toast had no cheese on it. The only reason I even order that is for the amazing melted cheese! Was really looking forward to that part of my order. Just very disappointing.

Answer service couldn’t take my order, the store never answers the phone, after ordering online the food wasn’t good and ridiculously over priced, and it took an hour to get my food when told it would be a half hour, I’m done with Pizza Hut, I’m not wasting my time or money on them anymore

I have a picky husband and 2 teens who change up their crazy food ideas all the time and pizza hut always gets the order right, foods done quickly and hot n fresh. We’ve never had a bad experience in store or ordering to go with either service or the food. We love our Lil pizza hut and are thankful for them.
