Placed an order for pick up, paid additional for premium toppings, didn’t receive the toppings, just the normal sandwich which tasted fine of course, but when I called back to address the small issue, I asked for a supervisor and all I hear in the background is a guy saying he’s not doing it, he’s not coming to the phone and then I was hung up on. Not wasting my money here any longer with the terrible customer service and can’t even get orders right and charging people for things they don’t receive. Food is good here but the quality of people needs work.

Food wasn’t that good at this location. One in Liberty Missouri is better. We love firehouse subs. Always try to find one when we travel.

Always enjoy the sandwiches here. Ordered the latest BBQ Cajun sub for lunch on Sunday. Not too crowded when I went in order. Took 27 min to get my lunch and it was unbelievable. 4 people were were on orders and usually I didn’t have to wait for so long. I probably will just order online and pick it up next time if I am craving for the food there.

The food here is generally good – there is more variety than subway and it’s nice to have the option of getting soups with a sandwich and/or a salad. The subs are spicier and it’s more expensive than a subway. The chili not so great and would be great if they had fruit or other sides. Still not a bad place to get lunch.
