I ordered through the drive through, and they told me to park. I parked, a worker came out and handed food to someone else. That person sat there in their car and looked through the bag for a couple minutes. Then the person returned the bag to a worker, and the worker immediately tried to hand it off to me, AFTER IT HAD BEEN HANDLED. There was no apology, no offer for fresh food, and no offer for a refund. I asked for a refund and an apology. I got a refund and the worker refused to apologize. I called the corporate office and was promised two sandwich coupons. Three weeks have passed and the coupons have not arrived. Why just pass food off to random people in the parking lot? Why not check receipts? Arizona law does not allow food handled by one customer to simply be handed off to another customer. There are minor exceptions for things like ketchup or saltine packets, but otherwise this is a blatant violation of the health code.

Asked for 2 sides of ranch and the worker seemed real upset about it, when I checked my bag the ranch was less than halfway full so I went back and asked for a 3rd one and the girl made it seem like it was such and inconvenience and again the container was not even halfway full. Customer service is always so annoying at this location.

Didn’t taste the quality of the food, but was here for a meeting with a friend. Clean atmosphere. Employees sounded happy and energetic. Smaller location than normal, but looks like they run a good business. Only put a 4 star rating because I didn’t eat here. Other than that it looks great. Bathrooms were super clean as well (which is rare).
