We had a great time the first time we came so we went again. This time everything was just bad, the food, the customer service and the rudeness. Food was so rare it was moving, the bun was so saturated with the sauce the bun fell apart. When they were calling us to get our food they kept saying the number and rambling off several numbers loke we were in a bidding house. Also who charges 6 dollars for a small drink.

Thin chicken sandwich for $14.99. Tasted good, just not enough chicken on the bun. They def cut the breast in 1/2, then 1/2 again! My husband got the beef blue, said it was ok. They used to have turkey burgers when they were in the mall by my house, but no more. Won’t eat here again. Not worth it.

I ate the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was really yummy. I added blue cheese crumbles to my sandwhich. The sauce its served with and the fries was amazing. im looking forward to another soon. Need more locations.

Restaurant inside Harrah’s Casino. Bobby Flay needs to go back to cooking school. Food overall sucks, burgers sosooo, chicken sandwich more crumbs than chicken. Chicken sauce is spicy, without warning you. Fries are barely decent. Only reason I ate there is one of the few still open at late night. Everything is overpriced. Water was $6. Most definitely wouldn’t go back, or even recommend it.

We ordered from the kiosk inside the restaurant to dine in. There was an up charge 1.00 each item . I asked an employee and he could of cared Less. So I asked for the manager she wanted us to buy something else I said no. She did give us the difference back. The place was dirty except for our table which I wish I would have noticed it before we ordered. . It looks and feels like a cafeteria. Thought is would be a little better atmosphere with Bobby Flay name on it . Just very disappointing.. burgers were ok but not worth 57.00

Food: juicy & cheesy burgers. amazing. only offered the option for burger to be cooked “well” or “medium” . plenty of options on the menu. onion rings were large. cheese fries were hot & cheesy. fountain soda had unlimited refills. packaging was amazing. $27 for a cheeseburger, cheese fries & soda.

Maybe the bad reviews are just for when this place is slammed, but we came at 1pm when it wasn’t too busy and the food was GREAT. Juicy, clean, fantastic burger. Everyone was also SO nice. Highly recommend
