Employees know me by name as soon as i walk in. I often have odd requests and they always accommodate me. (i like my burger plain with toppings on the side). The girls (and guys) are always really nice. When they are busy… they all seem to have less time to talk but are still always very polite. my favorite American Deli on the East side

Always miss order boxes. Food is dry. Still in spite of making notes and requesting the meat not be cooked to dry. Fries be the exact opposite and soggy as all get out. Flavor lacking. Occasionally. There are rude workers and bad customer service. Only reason I just spent nearly $30 for this Dry Gyro, they put No tzaziki on it inspire of me ordering extra… is because my little girl likes the honey hot flavor wings. But even she is disappointed with how they overcooked the wings , they are like jerky. She wanted her fries crispy and as per usual, they are soggy. I knew better.

Food HORRIBLE, never been to an American Deli that was disgusting! Fries were so soggy and so were wings and asked for EXTRA CRISPY, girl at the counter taking orders was so rude like we were a problem ordering food! Waisted $50! Never again!

Something told me to say light on the onions. I kind of figured that people should know this by now! Who wants THAT many diced onions in one serving??? I could tell that they deliberately “mixed” a bunch of onions in, to make my salad look fuller. All the other veggies weren’t mixed in like the onions. Pictures below attempt to show how the salad looked, after picking most of the onions out. The right side is after onions, the left side is with onions. That’s a lot of onions! And there were still more left! I just feel like $2 was wasted on onions that weren’t eaten. Over all; tasty food, just ask them to go light on the onions, lol! I gave a 3 stars mostly for taste, quantity and overall prices

When in about 11:05 ordered my food with one lady another lady comes out and says unuh we are closed myself and another gentleman told her we had already ordered she says okay my floor is wet we just mopped we needed to go outside. (Why would you wait until the stores open to mop your floors) her attitude was very rude being a business owner it’s ways to say things. She told us she would call us when our food was ready we ended up having to walk back into the store after waiting a while.. for our food to be sitting on the counter. just moved to Georgia I’ve been to two American delis and at both employees are very rude.
