I have never been treated so rudely in at a drive through than I was at Hardee’s yesterday!! The woman taking my order sounded like I was interrupting something very important…I was the only car in the line. When I got to the window, she didn’t even look at me when handing me my straw and held it over her shoulder for me to stretch and reach for it!! Then, while I was waiting for the rest of my order (which was just 1 sandwich) the crew just stood around talking to each other for quite a few minutes before the manager rudely threw the bag at me saying “here” and slamming the window in my face!!!

They were slammed, but let us know that there would be a wait as soon as we walked in the door. I also have food allergies and the lady at the counter was great when I said as much, asking if they needed to change gloves before making my food – which is super awesome because most don’t. Food was good too!

Waited 20 minutes for our order and once received it was wrong. Then to top it off it was Luke warm at best fries were stale as well. Im very disappointed in the quality of the food. If I could give this review 0 stars I would.

Most incompetent “fast” food place I’ve ever been to. I got parked in drive thru because I was told they made my order incorrect (one sandwich) and they were making a new one. Upon receiving my order, I was missing an extra fry I had ordered. I had to get out and tried to go inside to ask for my other fry but the doors were locked in the middle of the day. After walking in the employee entrance, I got my fry and headed on my way. When I opened my sandwich it was made incorrectly which is the entire reason I got parked in the first place. So I ended up paying over $15 for one small fry and a drink basically. Absolute robbery.

My family and I have tried to dine in 3 different times in the mornings and every time the door is locked (we were there at 7:15) People inside just look at us at the door and do nothing. No signs, no explanation, not even a sorry.

OK 5 stars for fast food? When your traveling and stop for food along the highway, a sandwich can either be tiring or it can be a sandwich from Arby’s. Turkey bacon easy on mayo, lettuce tomato, yep Arby’s it is!

Establishment was not clean. Taking under consideration the length of time it took to get our meal and the prices we are paying these days for “fast food”, 2 stars is accurate for what we received for our $34. Burgers were not hot.

I’ve had long wait times, and fouled up orders but I overlooked that. My wife and I favor the Frisco burger and we would stop at least once a week. We ordered 2 last June and they were cold and only toasted on one side. We haven’t been back. Looking at the reviews here, many have had the same issues. Maybe it’s time to close the doors or send the store back to corporate.
