I like how they remodeled the inside dining area. It was clean. Receiving my order was pretty quick. I seen a family meal online, it wasn’t available in store. But they were able to make it anyways. The price was good compared to what I received in the meal.

Today I have ordered the Famous Bowl meal and I paid it with 20 dollar bill but the recipe came out as if I paid with 10 dollar bill, but I managed to get my 10 as a change after correcting the person in the counter. As soon as the order was there, I was expecting to enjoy my meal until not only they forget to mistaken my order that includes fries, but they instead give a bowl of Macaroni and Cheese than the Famous Bowl. I was to send it back but I was too late because my brother has to send the order on DoorDash and I had no choice but to eat it. The macaroni and cheese tasted awful, the sight of it looked like someone has crumbled it badly, and I chose not to eat it anymore. Speaking of the drinks, the vending machine doesn’t seem to work, especially as I wanted Dr. Pepper and it was truly broken that it squirted at me. I asked for them to fill me Dr. Pepper in the Drive-Thru area, but they said they ran out. I don’t believe it! As for the people they worked there, talk about the most unorganized and inefficient group of workers I ever seen. Despite who amazing design of the inside of the restaurant, their organization and food is the absolute WORST ever done! And for my sake, I will NOT eat anything there because I feel that there is a health hazard among the food that wasn’t properly cooked neither cleaned. I do not trust their work at all and those people there were letting themselves be slapped with a horrible rating from the health inspector.

So I DoorDash frequently and multiple times I have been to this store after 8pm. Multiple times I have been told “we don’t have the stuff in the order”. Okay, so do you have anything of similar value to replace these items? So I can give the customer an option to get something else instead? They respond “uhm no we don’t have anything”. YOU DON’T HAVE ANYTHING? Out of food. Store states they are open until 11pm on a big sign out front and they look like they have basically closed the store by 9pm. How are you going to run out of the only food you supply at this kind of restaurant? Chicken. I was offered Mac & Cheese as the only food item they had available. Could only imagine how old and crusty that Mac probably was. Seriously? Don’t waste your time with this place. If you order DoorDash I’d recommend not ordering from here late at night. Your order will most likely not be fulfilled and result in a cancellation. Staff is rude and not accommodating at all.

3 different times within 2-3 months I have gone and their drive through “is down” and I’m asked to go inside.I left all those times because it’s an inconvenience for me. One of the times I even asked how was it down? And the girl never answered me. I have worked in fast food before & if the DT register is down we simply use one in the front (which they can do since it’s always slow)

Don’t go to this location after 9pm if you actually want to eat. They’ll wait till you are already ordering to tell you they are out of half the menu items. You’ll also have to wait 5 minutes for them to take your order as the kids that work there are too busy messing around and talking to their friends that come into the store. They can’t be bothered to do their job.

Dont waste your time, or even get your hopes up for kfc if this is the one you plan on visiting. Ive gone a few times since moving to the area and ive only gotten food there once. From 1hr waits for original chicken, to being out of soda, no mashed potatoes, drive thru is down, and whatever other excuses this store can concoct in order to not do their jobs. If i owned this franchise id fore the entire crew and start fresh with new guidlines. Never returning to this location.

Worst location ever!! Fire you management team.. I have had nothing but horrible experiences at this location 2+ years. Went in on Monday at 4pm Tried to order 12 piece nuggets meal. Nope “we only have 8” then I tried to order an 12 piece meal “we only have wings and thighs” WHAT ITS DINNER HOUR. 30 mins wait!! How is that even possible??? So instead of spending $60 on dinner there, I went to pollo loco and spent $39. It was delicious.

Beautiful new store, insufficient untrained staff (check bag, dirty bathroom), no ice, flat warm soda, cold chicken, broken app ordering at the usual high prices. Then, refilled with mountain dew to get a cup full of bugs (see picture). Spoke to manager, who made me wait 5 minutes was unapologetic. The worst restaurant, out of thousands, I have ever been to. Find another place.
