Visited here on a Sunday for brunch. A bottomless mimosa/bloody Mary offering is always nice. I don’t usually drink mimosas because cheap champagne gives me a headache, but these were good and didn’t hurt my head!

Awesome place to grab a bite after a hike. I had their Lobster Mac n Cheese. It was delicious! Very cheesy and came out with a very fresh small salad. I had a chocolate cake to go, it was tasty.

I might give 3.5 if that was an option. Service was fantastic. Prices were way to high for the food quality and quantity. They only offered the brunch menu Sunday around 1pm. Drinks were delicious. Food was meh at best. French fries were the best thing. I didn’t get pictures of all the food unfortunately. They were out of this that and the other as well. Maybe just a bad kitchen day?

Horrible experience. We got takeout for a birthday dinner. I came to pick it up and had to wait an extra 20 minutes because they had given our food to someone else (mistakes happen), but when i brought it home we found they had forgotten one entire meal. Again, mistakes happen, but it was starting to feel like a lot of mistakes. I had to come back to the restaurant to pick it up. The manager was apologetic and comped that meal, but when I returned home I found that all the other meals had issues. No dressing on either of the two salads; the burger had been cut in half for some reason but then served anyway, so the whole thing kept falling apart. The crab soup had no crab. Literally. None. The “soft pretzel braid” was stale cut-up pretzel bites. This food is expensive, which doesn’t matter if it’s good— but it’s not good. Stay away.

Food was delicious. I will definitely be back for it. Service was pretty good. Very fast, polite and professional. Atmosphere is fun, historic, upbeat, and comfortable. I took one star off to echo a previous review. While I like country music, having 4 giant flat screens in every corner of the restaurant blasting the same country music videos is a bit much.

I had by bridal shower here and it was fabulous – loved the food and atmosphere- staff was incredible from the planning to helping take gifts to the car — everything was perfect!!! Especially the menu the owner designed to go along with the surprise theme!!! Thanks Sykesville Station!

The catfish nuggets and the deviled eggs were delicious. The portions are large for the price. Our waitress was upbeat and very timely with food and drinks. The location was convenient to our campground. I recommend and would go back.

Had a very nice dinner. Lovely historic place. Super service, very nice staff, good food at reasonable prices. Sat outside in the shade by the train tracks. Background music was in the background, as it should be, not too loud, thanks.

A great lunch and sat in the outdoor area, which is dog friendly and they allow dogs to be at the table (quietly and not disturbing other patrons). The menu is meat and seafood heavy with only a few vegetarian friendly items. We had one vegetarian in our group who was a bit disappointed there wasn’t a vegetarian type burger. They did love the beet salad and Mac n cheese side. Drinks are good and cleverly named. We’ll be returning to try some of the other items on their menu.
