By far, some of the best Italian food around Medina county! Highly recommend the fried mozzarella! Prepared to perfection! The service here is second to none! Our waiter for the evening was Kyle, and he was excellent! He really takes a great deal of pride in his service! In fact, everyone there was incredible and friendly!

Ended up here sat night with our 2 young kids. The staff was great, the pizza maker was down when we came but the waitress offered to make our kids mini pizzas with bread, sauce and cheese as an alternative. They loved it, and I loved how she created a solution on the spot! The food was very good, first time dining in. We usually do carry out.

The Food is usually GREAT … HOWEVER if you’re not friends or family with the Female owner she is super rude and she makes you feel super uncomfortable to be in there. If she tells you to be patient less than 50 times per visit.. you’re doing great so far!. If she wasn’t there and let someone with good customer service represent the restaurant it would do wonders. The only reason this place isn’t getting 5 stars is really because of the owner and the staff members alone. I recommend only door dashing this, don’t get your blood pressure up just trying to dine in here. If I ran my business like Bianca’s all I’d have is my friends and family as clients. Hire a good management and please stay home and let someone who is business oriented to run your restaurant that has potential.

Received a great review about Bianca’s from a friend. Was sadly disappointed although it could have been a wait staff issue. She was sweet but did a poor job. Food was so-so, nothing special but vegetable was cold and entree was almost cold-disappointing. Bowl not provided for the seafood shells, glass not provided with the beer and I requested bread twice and finally got it when I had almost finished my food. Will probably be the only time I visit, with so many other excellent choices around. Hope they are able to fix these things and keep it together.
