Well I’m not a local but it had been a while since I smelled that terrible water / sewage smell that Morehead City is famous for? The place smelled pretty bad. The bar help was a nice young lady. We got there at 6 but the kitchen didn’t start cooking until 8. No big deal. Just fix the smell. I think everyone there is nose blind.

I’ve always loved this local bar. The vibes were always just right and everyone was there to have a good time. It’s become a bit more of a old head place but the drinks are cold and the food is good. Definitely a chill little spot to check out.

Service was good, fun layout, with pool tables, and games. But back toward the pool tables, it smells absolutely horrible. Seems like a legit sewage issue, would of stayed longer but our group couldn’t deal with it anymore.

Well I loved it great food but I went there n paid for two burgers n a fight broke out n not mentioning any names but after they removed the fight I paid my tab n left n went back to get my burgers n they were no longer there n so that was my last experience there

Prices were fair. The shrimp burger was the best meal of my week! Get it if you’re thinking about it. The crab cake sandwich was also great and did not have a lot of filler. We also had hushpuppies and cornbread. Both were great. What impressed me the most is the owner helping seat customers and he came around and checked on us to make sure we had a server come to our table. The wait was long but you’ll have that at dinner time at the beach. Worth your patience. You can go to the bar and get a drink while you wait. We would go back again!

This is your local bar, decent pool tables, welcoming environment, the locals and the bartender was very friendly and helpful. We came in Sunday night for food, and the food was okay, not going to lie, we were a bit disappointed with the food, but other than that, decent place!
