This is by far the worse experience I’ve had with any Popeyes I bought chicken tenders and some sides they couldn’t get my order right I’d say I was in the drive thru over 30 mins got attitude because they couldn’t get my order right took my receipt lost the receipt and kept asking me my order after 3 try’s they got it right got home was finna eat and my chicken was RAW!! They were about to close so I just accepted the fact I wasted money we at the sides and biscuits I personally wanted the tenders over my waffle I made but didn’t eat it because chicken was raw I’ll never go to this Popeyes ever I’m traumatized

This was a drive through family order that started off good but when I got to the window and received the order I asked for more napkins and trays to divide the food while we drove. The attendant gave me less than what I asked for and closed the window and would not come back to hear my request. Along with the bad attitude I received less than warm chicken and cold fries. The best part of the meal to me was the biscuits.

The worse Popeyes I have been too. Seat in the drive thru for 30 mins and no one was in front of me. I ask the lady to give a second to figure out what I wanted and when I said I was ready she didn’t answer . They wasn’t working inside . Look like they were having a good time . They need new people in there. Someone needs to do something about this place.

It seems like they were out of everything. Originally I wanted the chicken sandwich but they didn’t have any . So, I decided to try the fish & shrimp basket which they did not have either. I settled for the spicy tenders which were dried up. We ate lunch at 2:30 but I believe the food we received was probably cooked around noon time and just sat under a heat lamp. The lady at the cash register didn’t seem to care one way or the other about their lack of food. I downloaded the app on my phone to try and gain points and she could not even instruct me as to how to do that. This was at the Phenix City location.

Had a cashier tell me she didn’t have time to add an item to my order when I was at the window because the line was kind of long ( I ordered it at the speaker, she just didn’t hear it) so I had to get back in the damn line just to get the item she didn’t hear me order in the first place and I only did it because it was for my son. I say get out of customer service if you can’t treat the customers right.

My chicken wasn’t done, red when I bit it. The works was taking on their phones , too another work. I here them say ill cash app you my money for the food. Not taking care of what was in front of them and that is the customers. The only thing good that came out of this was the strawberry biscuit. Bad customer service here. I didn’t get what I ordered, they gave me what they wanted me to have.

This is less about the actual store, and more about a specific employee. To set the scene, I had been traveling all day and got a hotel in Phenix, AL. I was hungry from a long day of traveling, and since Popeyes was only a 5 minute walk away, I put in an online order. I walked to Popeyes since I had been cooped up in a car all day, but unfortunately I got there right as the lobby was closing. I wasn’t aware of the time change and thought I still had an hour. Thinking I was going to have to walk back to the hotel, get my car, then drive back, this angel of an employee named JAILYNN let me into the lobby to pickup my order. I cannot describe how much this simple act of kindness touched my heart. She could have easily, and probably rightly, turned me away, but instead JAILYNN displayed unparalleled customer service. In the world today, something like this is truly rare to see, and I want to thank JAILYNN for literally making my entire week. I especially want Popeyes to know how much I appreciate her accommodating me even though she didn’t have to. I’m also awaiting an email from Popeyes customer service, to tell them the exact same thing. Thank you Jailynn, from the bottom of my heart.

The worst customer service you’ve ever seen is at this location! They laughing in the drive thru while taking your order, just ghetto and ratchet! The manager clearly has no idea of the staff there. No matter when you come, the customer service sucks bad. Drive thru does not hear or listen well. You have to repeat yourself multiple times. Unsure what the pay is, but they all should be paid the very bare minimum and this is what they will be paid forever because ChicFilA would never allow this type of treatment and I’m almost sure they pay more.

The shrimp were overcooked. Old french fries were mixed in with fresh french fries, so they were not as tasty as they normally are. Not sure what was going on with everything that day, but I’ve had better.

I arrived at the drive thru at 12:10 and ordered my chicken. It took 18 mins to receive my food with resulted me in being late to work!! I received a DISCPLINARY write up for being late, THANKS POPEYES ! Never again
