Food is usually fine when you get it, but the last 3x here you sit there for 20+ minutes with no service. Got coffee today, stuff floating in the cup, and sat for again 20+ mins with no one coming over so left $ on the table and walked out without breakfast – and multiple people did as well. Disappointing probably won’t be back.

Been coming here w family for 5+ yrs now. The staff is always nice but this manager really gets to me. As we sit there and eat we can actually see and hear everything. Without mentioning any names, she is very rude, unprofessional. She is very condescending to the staff and then gossips about them. Very unfortunate for this family rest. I know they can do better if they just get rid of her. She acts like she hates her job. Ice cream is always good though !!

I really wish this place would come out of the ’50s or ’60s. It’s a nice place if you’re a teenager but as an adult I hardly go there. The food is marginal at best. Like I said it’s a teenager hangout in my humble opinion. And not for nothing but they need a place to go to as well. I hope they stay open just for that.

Staff was friendly-ish, probably overworked and really short staffed, like everywhere. We *were* seated pretty quickly. One really concerning thing that I’ve never, ever experienced in any establishment before is that the hot water in the ladies room was literally scalding hot- my fingers turned bright red and painful in seconds (and stayed that way, despite running them under cool water afterwards). When I told the manager she obviously wasn’t that concerned and told me, “Our water tends to be really hot here.” When I joked about how as a Mom I’d get over it, but I’d be really worried about a kid, she said, “yeah, well I’ll look into it.” Strange.

The waitress was nice and pleasant. The food on the other hand was subpar. My waffles grill cheese sandwich with a beef parry was burnt along with the extra well-done extra extra extra crispy Curly Fries. Casandra ordered a chicken Quesadilla. The chicken Quesadilla care with no chicken. We had to send the plate back. The kid’s meal was priced perfectly.

My husband and I went for ice cream we were extremely disappointed which never happens. I ordered an awful awful which was fine but my husband ordered a hot fudge sundae and it turned out to be the worst ice cream he had ever ordered. Brought it home to eat when he opened the container the hot fudge had solidified and the ice cream was curdled, needless to say that it went down the drain . This was my second bad experience there, I will not return.
