The person I spoke with was Jodi. She begged me for months to help her get the exterior sign working, and I tried to avoid it but decided to try to help a local business out. I, in good faith, went and got 1 of the 2 signs working and then asked for just enough to cover my expenses, which was $150.00. Jodi stated that she didn’t have the money to pay me. This is from a business that has 3 delivery drivers running non-stop and tons of foot traffic. I knew I was being lied to and honestly didn’t care about the trival amount of money. I just wanted to cover my expenses. Either way, I didn’t get paid and just left. Then Jodi contacts me and says they will have payment in an envelope waiting for me after 4 pm the following day. In good faith yet again, I show up in a snowstorm the following day only to be greeted with, ” Are you ok, Kevin?” Apparently, wanting to be compensated for my time means there is something wrong with me. Then, there was a demand for an invoice. The way we met was I was doing general maintenance for another business, so I was not a sign company. When she initially asked me to help, I in no way led her to believe I had a sign company, nor did I work for a sign company. None the less, I said ok and started making out an invoice for her on my phone, and as soon as she saw that I actually could provide her an invoice, she demanded a paper copy. At this point I knew she was yet again being dishonest so I simply said “keep your money, you had no intentions of paying me anyhow and you have wasted far too much of my time already”. This person is literally the most dishonest person I have ever met. She literally sullied the name of the business over a petty $150.00. Literally, there, no words can describe how much of a bad business decision this is.

Told em allergic to bacon. Girl taking order says well disclaimer we sell bacon and could be contaminated. I should have hung up then. I said I can wait as long as necessary if they need to wait to make mine. She said it shouldn’t be a problem. She said it comes with fries. I didn’t bother asking if any pork was also cooked in deep frier just asked if I could have coleslaw instead and she said I’ll let them know. And stated ya probably didn’t want them

I arrived at the airport at midnight. I was staying at the BTW hotel and starving! The front desk lady gave me their brochure. I ordered the Reuben thin crust pizza; it was delivered in less than 30 minutes!! It was hot and delicious!! I would order from them again!!

Horrible customer service! I was very nice and had all intentions on being and remain very professional in regards to my wife’s order! We specifically ordered a BLT sandwich with extra crispy bacon. As you see in the picture below the bacon is burnt and it has the burnt taste. I made a phone call to the restaurant to discuss my dislike for the sandwich in hopes to get an alternative solution, The call was rudely handled by the manager never came up with a solution told me in her words “ that is what I ordered” I proceeded to say, I ordered extra crispy not burnt! Her reply was extra crispy is burnt and that’s what I ordered and there’s nothing they can do and she hung up on me! This place is very unprofessional as it pertains to customer service, and customer relations, and customer solutions!

The lady answering the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to let them know that our food was over cooked and hard. She never took responsibility. Just said they don’t do refunds and that they make their food this way. I’m sure you can see the difference from what is displayed on the website. I even asked for her name, she refused to give it. Then when I asked for a manager she hung up on my face. Called back on a different number, she put me on hold and wouldn’t answer, multiple times. I was very polite with her. I’m very disgusted. $60 down the drain.I’m missing Texas already….The delivery driver was very polite and respectful…..**UPDATE** the owner leaves a sarcastic review not even mentioning the food I posted……….still wasted $60

I called to order 24 chicken wings and found out the website menu price was wrong by $10, it said $20.49, but I was told the man who took my order that the price was $30.69, that it had changed months ago! My argument was they should be held to the price on the public menu since that’s what the customer called and ordered by. I dropped the quantity to 12 wings for $17.99, which the menu still said $12.99, $5 increase, but I guess guilt set in and he gave me a 10% discount. My wedges also increased $1. DON’T GO ACCORDING TO THEIR ONLINE MENU FOR PRICING – DOUBLE CHECK! LESSON LEARNED!

The pizza was delicious. A lot of cheese, spiced enough to not need extra red pepper, and a 12′ pizza was the perfect amount to fill me up. The price of the pizza is why I give American Pie three stars, I paid over 25$ got a can of diet Coke and the 12′ pizza. Also the man running the pizza shop struggled answering simple questions about what’s on the pizzas which made it harder for me to order.
