I’m as surprised as you. I usually don’t like chain places. They were the least crowded at the time. We all had some kind of chicken sandwich and they were all good. Came into today and waited 8 minutes t be seated. Was seated and my an uneven wobbly bar top. Server didn’t come for 10 minutes. Ordered a beer. Ten minutes later I was told they were out. Ordered a difference beer. 15 minutes later I left without having ordered food or receiving my beer. Ash, my server, didn’t seem to care at all. Was on vacation and all I wanted was some wings and a beer. Drove out of my way to come here. Terrible experience.

Agreed with a few other on the price of things. Maybe I too am showing my age. Besides that expect long waits between beer orders. Whatever system they use for beer orders it takes forever. I would’ve had another but was afraid of it never coming nor did my server ask if I wanted another. Burger great. Quantity of fries was sad. Cheese curds good. Onion rings great. Wifey got cauliflower wings great. The Caribbean jerk wings were not my style at all, whatever that herb is in them was funky to me, I’m sure others love it. We will be back. My boys love the boneless wings.

My only complaint is the prices, but that’s everywhere. Even still, $30 for one person is excessive. Overall this is one of the better BWW experiences I’ve had! They weren’t very busy when I went, but I had great service and the food was fresh, and arrived quickly. The streetsboro location should take some notes on how to run their restaurant. I’ll be returning to this location!

I did a phone order for a pickup. The person was very polite and helpful and was the same way when I picked the order up (That’s were the two stars come from). I got the smoked brisket burger and for the toppings it tasted very bland. The boneless wings were good but my wife and I did even finish the burger and we split it in half. BW3 used to be top notch but we won’t be back.

The server was friendly and attentive. The cheese curds are the best! Wings were good, and I was even able to order all flats for a small upcharge. Flats are favorite. This visit was the best food and service of the handful of times we have been to this location.

I came in with my family for dinner. We frequent this establishment 2 to 3 times a month. Today we came in and it was not busy whatsoever. We waited 10 mins before anyone acknowledged us to be seated. Once seated we were at a table for another 10 mins without a single acknowledgement from a single wait staff despite several passing by. After waiting this time another table was sat and someone was at their table within 2 minutes. We were still never acknowledged so we left and will not be returning.

DESERVES ZERO STARS – Absolutely terrible! Ordered carry out, said ready by 6:40pm but not ready until 7:30, almost an hour later! Food was cold, soggy and disgusting. This is the absolute worst managed Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. I will NEVER order from here again!
