Truly awful service! Came here with my family and ordered four burgers in the drive thru. We waited 30 minutes!! We were given zero explanation on why it’s taking so long. Meanwhile, we are the three or four workers inside just chatting and messing around, not putting orders together. In our bag they forgot straws, condiments and napkins… and it’s cost us $50!!! Please go elsewhere!! Any other fast food place in the area will save you money AND time!

The only reason I came here was to get sweet potato fries. I waited 20 minutes in the drive through. I drove off with my order and saw regular fries in the bag. I returned to the window again and was told they would get the correct fries. The person at the window told me it would be a few minutes. About 5 minutes later they gave me my order. It was regular fries again. I won’t be back. They took forever and got my order wrong both times. Additionally, they are on the expensive side for fast food. There are better choices out there.

If you go through the drive thru you will be waiting 20 minutes minimum. I’ve been here many times and each time you are waiting. When we asked about the wait the cashier said “oh we’re understaffed” slammed the window and then we waited another 10 minutes or so for three burgers. The inside is dirty even without many people there and the staff is not friendly, it’s also way overpriced. Three burgers with fries for $40. Worst fast food restaurant in town.

We recently tried most of the fast food burgers (Whataburger, In & Out, Crave, 5 Guys, Freddy’s, Culver’s, etc). I liked this one the most because it had a perfect mix of delicious burgers, rosemary seasoned fries, artisan drinks, appropriate pricing, great staff and a very clean establishment.

Food’s good. Just don’t do the drive-through. It’s 15 min per car. You’d without a doubt save time by going to the other location if there’s even a single car in the line. Turn off your engine, save the environment.

My family and I stopped by to grab a bite after leaving focus on the family. This was our first time at Smashburger ever. When we first saw the menu we were kind of overwhelmed with all of the options and didn’t know where to start, especially for the kids. Georgie happened to be working the front at the time and she was super nice. We were kinda tired from running around with the kids at focus on the family but Georgie was super patient with us and walked us through the menu. A little kindness goes a long way. Thank you Georgie! The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend the sweet potato fries and the truffle mushroom swiss burger with an egg on top.

I’ve heard about Smashburger so I gave it a try. First off they don’t have any meal deals so everything is sold separately. It cost me $14.50 for a regular burger, fries, and soda. There was nothing special about the food, I could have saved some money going else where for the same quality. Sorry to say I won’t eat here in the future.

Almost everything we tried was weird or not good at all, except the smash tots. The nondairy oreo shake tasted like plastic, the brisket on the burgers were pure fat. My bun was soggy and the diet coke was definitely not a diet coke.

My family and I came to Colorado for a 4 day trip and ate at several different restaurants while here. This was by far the best place we went to. The service was awesome and everyone was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Food was also fresh and very good. Would recommend!
