Based on drive through experience. I really don’t want to speak death over this place but, every time I go, the workers always say there is no meat. So basically you cannot order anything on the menu. I am afraid it will shut down due to these shortages of food. It’s been a whole year since the reply is “there is no meat.” So I’ve given up on even stopping by to order food here. My family and friends, have stopped going as well. I’m sad to see this place go so low. It used to be my favorite! It was doing so well about 2 years ago. I hope this place can boost and restore their service. Prayers!

I just went to get a bag of ice, and it took almost 25 minutes to get two cars out of the drive thru and on top of that I saw the employee make my bag of ice before the car in front of me got their order made, when I got bag of ice it was 1/8 full of water on bottom of bag of ice from it melting. That’s why it got the review it did.

My first time ever trying Sonics. Who ever owns this place needs to fire everyone. I drive up and want to have the experience. I pushed the button for my order and the little girl said sorry there’s a wait of about 7 minutes before I can take your order. I said okay (I wanted the experience) Then she came back and said the drive thru is open no one’s there. ( I took this to mean that I had to go) I proceeded to the drive thru and not to my surprise there was a vehicle in the drive thru and they hadn’t even ordered yet. As I still tried to stay positive I asked the girl what comes on the chicken sandwich.? She said, “Chicken mayo, lettuce and pickles. I said, “Okay I’ll have the meal with a large lemonade. I received meal approximately 15 minutes later and I left, as I was driving home I ate some of the fries and not to my surprise they were cold and soggy. They actually tasted refried. To upset to turn back, I tried the chicken sandwich and it was cold with a distinct bad after taste. Needless to say I didn’t finish anything but the large watered down lemonade. Suffice it to say, I’m willing to give fast food restaurants a little break, but this was truly ridiculous. I don’t need, want, or expect an apology.

Everytime i come here the food is burned. They are rude and very dismissive. I’m sitting here almost an hour after they opened and have been here for 10 mins with no service. Not even any signage saying they are not open yet. The lack of split pay is also infuriating.

I felt so stupid yesterday I went there around two-thirty in the afternoon and after waiting about 20 minutes I realized the store was shut down LOL I used to go there when it was open but about three times in a row I would be the only one in the Drive-Thru and I would have to leave cuz after an hour I would say ehh they’re still defrosting the food kind of glad they went out of business

Just got off work. I’m hungry. Waited at the speaker 30 minutes nothing. No “I’ll be with you in a minute”. No courtesy. Rude window lady with a leopard tattoo behind the left ear. Said she was taking another order. 2 cars passed us. They were not waiting. While I’m typing this. 2 more cars drove by. Poor performance. Rude. No one else was there either.

My very 1st time at a sonic.Not very clean. We ordered outside the car. The tables were sticky and alot of flies. Order took about 20min. The kids meal tots were filled half way i asked the lady if thats all they fill.it.they she said that she filled it half way because that was a med. Size.box and didn’t have small sizes left…buy the fries kids meal fries also same size was filled.all the way so whatever. I didn’t order anything for myself besides a cranberry lemonade slushy that was good just too sweet.

I had a bad experience with my food at dinuba sonic. I ordered drive thru and got my burgers with old lettuce it was turning brown already and the tomatoes were squishy. The fries seemed like they had been made the day before. I will not be going there anymore.

They intentionally gave me the wrong order after repeating the correct one multiple times. I ordered a large mozzarella stick, sprite with blackberry syrup, and large tater tots. We received a small tater tot, 2 corn dogs, and a sprite with less than 1/4 the normal blackberry syrup. So they knew what my order was but intentionally gave me the wrong thing. To top it off, not a single person wore a mask when they’re required by law in this area. I love sonic but this location has had constant issues over the last year. Nearly Everytime you go here they are incredibly slow to complete the smallest of orders. Their lines take FOREVER, not because of the number of customers, but because they are in no hurry to do anything. If you are the only person in line and order just a drink or two, expect to wait 15 minutes for just your car. Also, they’ve had a speaker system that’s worse than any fast food place I think I’ve ever been to. They can’t hear you and you can hardly hear them because it’s so distorted. This is a known issue and they refuse to do anything about any of these issues. Even the MANAGER at the store refuses to wear a mask when they’re legally required to.
