Food is good; nothing unexpected. One of the few “endless salad bars” still around. Service is friendly. But, ask for a table; the booth seats have to be the most uncomfortable ever created. Do your back and your dining experience a favor and get a table with chairs. Say no to the booth.

We have often gone to Ruby Tuesday and the experience has been mediocre at best. It’s not because of the food, it was always the service that could be improved. This time, we went for drinks and desert. This was the perfect combination. Everything was very good and our bartender was excellent and helpful. I can see us coming back this way. We enjoyed the Fall down cake.

This restaurant is very close to my work, so I love to go here for lunch. The wait staff is great about checking in occasionally to see if we need anything, and otherwise keep their distance. At lunchtime they almost always ask if we’re in a hurry and need the check right away. The queso dip is always delicious, as is the salad bar. My only wish is that they’d make sure the croutons are more fresh, I prefer them when they’re warm and soft, and every time I’ve gone in the past year they’ve been sitting out for a while getting cold.

We have really tried to like this Ruby Tuesday. They have the coldest beer in the area! They have one of the few salad bars in the area! Two things that should make it 5 stars. Unfortunately it’s not. The floor has always been sticky. The bar is often sticky. This evening we (along with everyone else seated at the bar) had to ask for silverware and napkins or get our own from a nearby table. The salad bar was missing all the oils, black pepper and the bread triangles. The crackers were stale, the cherry tomatoes were rotten and the salad bar itself was as a mess. There were 2 manager types walking around. One of them made some excuses for the salad bar and sent a fellow out to try to bring it up to acceptable standards. Meanwhile there were 4-5 workers sitting around having a chat. 2 people behind the bar were working but one spent more time counting his tips than taking away empty plates and glasses. The above examples may seem petty but really impact the customer’s experience. How could any of this happen if the managers were doing their jobs properly? We hate to mark this place off our “go to” list but can’t put up with this lack of attention to the basics of how to run a restaurant.

The menu selection is nicely varied between chicken, pasta, burgers and such… at a decent price. A nice family restaurant and one of the last places around that offers a salad bar.

Best salad bar ever! Good menu change and good selections for meals ranging from $10 and up. Seafood is surprisingly good for a place that originally specialized in upscale burgers.

Had the three-course meal deal, which seemed like a pretty good bargain at $12.99. The best part of my meal was the salad bar. That was until my husband found a very long strand of hair in his salad which he had to pull out of his mouth! 🙁 My blackened tilapia was cooked to perfection; however, it was super salty. My husband and I both ordered the spiked peach iced tea, which had less flavor than a plain old unsweetened iced tea, and cost much more. 🙁 Everything took way too long to be served, and our party of six waited almost 30 minutes to be seated at a table that was unoccupied from the time we walked in. I’ve been to other Ruby Tuesdays and been quite happy with my experience. This time I was left scratching my head at the service, the manager, the wait, and the food. Off day maybe?

Service was very slow and the employees seemed very depressed. The place looked very depressing and it took 20 minutes to get drinks. The food came out at totally different times. About 10 minutes between the meals. The food wasn’t worth what it was. The salad bar had a couple flies in it and it was disgusting. Don’t recommend . 1/10

We ordered just salad bar. The salad bar had 8 items that were empty. There was no urgency to fill the salad bar. Our waitress got the guy to fill the missing items. She helped him to get it done.

I seldomly went to Americanized restaurant, as I always connect them with burgers and French fries; apparently ruby Tuesday did a lot more than that.
