I really dislike the terminals they force you to order through. It quadruples the time it takes to place your order. The one on Great Neck absolutely refuses to let you place an order with a staff member. I don’t go as often as before and may not go again.

This was the worst experience at a Taco Bell, ever!! Came here for lunch on a Tuesday and we opted to go inside. We placed our order on the kiosk and waited. 5 minutes passed, then 10… then 20… not one person inside was getting their order. A few of us opted to get refunds and leave (us being one of them) but the wait was extremely long, no communication from ANY employee… I mean, just wow. We won’t be returning to this one, that’s for sure.

Decided to stop here, not only is the African American older lady a manager, (Loraine) she doesn’t know how to talk to customers. She literally yelled at my husband and called him BRUH over a pricing on sweet tea. Please teach your employees to be more kind to their customers. That woman needs to go back through proper training and stay out of the drive thru taking orders with that type of language.

over the years Taco Bell food quality and packaging got sloopy. I ordered two type of Taco, but cannot eat one properly as the way it was wrap was too loose and fell through. This is not the first time nor the only place i had experienced. I had similar experience in Richmond store as well as in NOVA.

I ordered 3 soft tacos. I was full after 1. Definitely full after the second. But they were so delicious I experienced stuffed after the third. Was it worth it? Of course it was!! Will I do that again? Most likely but probably not for another year or so. But that’s just me. I am retired and don’t get out as often anymore.
